O Hotel é muito bom, infelizmente não fomos bem atendidos qdo solicitamos cobertores extras, acredito que a equipe da recepção necessite melhor treinamento, nos outros hotéis da rede não tive esse problema. Outro inconveniente foi não haver estacionamento.

A recepção conta com uma funcionária muito empática, prestativa, educada e operacional, é uma pena que não sei o nome para elogiar. O restaurante é bom, porém alguns funcionários não dão atenção aos hóspedes, principalmente quando está chegando o horário de encerrar o café, almoço e jantar, eles n costumam oferecer os serviços, demoram muito para tirar o pedido e trazer as bebidas. O restaurante tem uma linha de bebidas restrita, não tem uma coca cola (refrigerante) por exemplo, e só tem uma água de lata no frigobar dos quartos. O quarto é confortável, mas falta iluminação, a limpeza deixou a desejar, principalmente no banheiro. É a segunda vez que me hospedo nesse hotel e o padrão das falhas permaneceu.

Bom o hotel é bem bonito, porém no corredor entre os quartos tem um cheiro muito forte creio que deve ser tapete que existe. Além disso no meu checkin não me foi avisado sobre a questão do café da manhã, este que custou uns R$83 e achei muito simples pelo valor cobrado, deveria ter mais opções.

La persona que me atendio cuando hice el check in no fue amable, además yo había solicitado con desayuno incluido y me quizo cobrar aparte el desayuno. Por último se corto la luz en el hotel y estuvimos varias horas sin luz y sin aire acondicionado.
