Equipe muito educada. O café da manhã deixou a desejar, fui por volta das 08h30min (finaliza às 09h30min) e já não tinha quase nada para comer. Marido foi uns 40min antes e também disse que quase não tinha nada para comer de salgado. Doce tinha bolos caseiros. Estava tendo um evento no dia e vi que estavam arrumando, pois vi passando várias vezes e ao subir pro apartamento, vi que estava bem bonita e cheio de itens pro coffee break desse evento.

Não conseguimos nos hospedar, porque chegamos lá a reserva não estava feita. E aí fizemos no balcão. Mas o estava quarto cheirando mofo, travesseiros todos com manchas amarelas, limpeza ruim, edredom velho, colchão velho. O atendimento do recepcionista foi ótimo. Enfim, pedimos reembolso das diárias e fomos para outro hotel.

Café da manhã muito bom com frutas, pão queijo, pão doce, uns 3 tipos bolos (eu não gostei dos bolos porque tinham muito gosto de fermento), sucos deliciosos. Quarto 4001- Wi-Fi era boa, mas tinhas horas que oscilava e travava/ficava lenta. Excelente localização, no centro, em frente tem um mercado. Quarto silencioso, tem excelente isolamento acústico. Roupas de cama limpas. Cama confortável. Box banheiro grande, chuveiro com aquecimento a gás, tinha água quente e o jato era forte, mas creio que por volta das 22h eles desligam o gás porque a água do chuveiro não esquenta, então se querem tomar banho quente, sugiro tomar banho cedo.
