Uma pena que um hotel com tanta estrutura seja tão mal cuidado. Café da manhã péssimo, suco muito aguado..melhor seria não servir...o quarto parece ter passado por alguma reforma mas pecam no basico...trechos faltando rodapé, paredes sujas e banheiro precisando de uma fachina geral. Em 2 dias de várias tentativas não consegui pegar emprestado secador de cabelo. Leve o seu!

O hotel precisa melhorar as condições das camas, ter melhores toalhas, no banheiro a água na torneira e na ducha não tem pressão, o papel higiênico fica sobre a tampa da caixa acoplada, não há toalha de rosto, não há cabides, não há secador de cabelos, o frigobar estava vazio, e não há atendimento de cozinha para os hospedes, café da manhã poderia ser melhor, um hotel por ser considerado 3 estrelas teria que ser bem melhor, está longe de ser esta categoria.

Achei muito caro considerando o nível do hotel. Roupa de cama velha, suja e em falta. Solicitei lençol para cobrir e não tinha! No quarto, havia apenas um lençol forrando o colchão e um cobertor. O ar condicionado estava em 16ºC e não resfria. Cortina suja. A descarga do banheiro joga água pra fora. O chuveiro é muito ruim, tive que limpá-lo para sair mais água, pois estava todo entupido. Além disso, eles desligam o boiler depois de certa hora, tomei banho frio. O café da manhã achei muito fraco, poucas opções e reposição demorada. Enfim, não vale o preço.

Mais atenção a área fitness

Fiquei na parte nova do hotel, impecável. café da mnha bom. o ponto negativo fica para a academia que precisa de novos equipamentos, climatização e controle. Pois estava servindo de playground a crianças, que por momentos estavam danificando os equipamentos ja precários.

Hotel razoavel. Localização boa. Camareira muito gentil e prestativa Mas quarto sem visão para fora , dá para um muro muito alto. Estacionamento sem vagas para todos hospedes, se chegar após 18 hs precisa estacionar em outro terreno proximo ao hotel e o carro fica no tempo. No estacionamento do proprio hotel a maioria das vagas são duplas ou triplas, sendo necessário deixar a sua chave do carro na portaria para alguem manobrar. Particularmente, não gosto de deixar chave de carro com terceiros. Janela do banheiro com vidros quebrados, teto com mofo e azulejos encardidos. Travesseiros muito usados e encardidos, um deles tivemos que pedir para trocar. Se ficar hospedado no andar da piscina vai enfrentar barulho dos outros hospedes com conversa, TV com som muito alto.

Hotel é muito bem localizado, limpo, otimo atendimento, quarto é muito bom e confortavel, cama confortável tambem, so a tv nao era smart ( precisei ficar no quarto um tempinho por causa de um mal estar ).... acho que estava com algumas reformas, não tinha espelho no quarto a nao ser o do banheiro
