De volta a Campo Grande

Estadia tranquila, com destaque para a equipe da cozinha que no café da manhã prepararam ovos mexidos sem queijo para atender a minha intolerância à lactose . Aproveito para sugerir a colocação de etiquetas indicativas nos alimentos servidos no café da manhã de forma a atender aos hóspedes que possuem alguma restrição alimentar, em especial quanto ao glúten e lactose. Ponto negativo: no site consta a informação de que o hotel possui academia, mas isso não corresponde à realidade.

Hotel ja esta antigo… Cafe da manhã com pão murcho, paga-se $5,00 por ovo frito, $10,00 por um omelete. Janelas sem nenhum tipo de isolamento acustico, o barulho da avenida incomoda muito pra dormir. Recepcionistas, atendentes e pessoal da limpeza super simpáticos. Otima localização !

Estadia ruim.

Não vou mais fazer reservas nesse hotel e tão pouco me hospedar. não acharam minha reserva, ninguém estava de mascara no salão do hotel , porém é sabido que é obrigatório pela vigilância sanitária. Não conseguimos dormir , pois pela manha bem cedo ( 6:00) as camareiras estavam arrastando as camas dos quartos ao lado( achei isso uma falta de consideração). Pegamos por engano o elevador de serviço e para nossa surpresa as camareiras disseram que aquele elevador era para as pessoas sujas e fedorentas como elas e não para gente rica como nós hospedes. ACHAMOS ESSE COMENTÁRIO RUDE E TOTALMENTE RACISTA VINDO DE FUNCIONÁRIOS TOTALMENTE DESCONTENTES COM SEU LOCAL DE TRABALHO. Ainda bem que o café da manhã estava ótimo para compensar a nossa primeira estadia que foi frustrante nesse hotel.
