The customer service at the reception and the receptionists themselves were terrible; there was no greeting for the guests and no welcoming information. The amenities were also not great—there were too few towels and no daily housekeeping.

The room was clean & the large bed very comfortable, it was quite cold in the room & I couldn’t get the heating to come on but it wasn’t too bad. The hallways & stairs could do with a new carpet or a clean, there was no hot water in my room this morning, I left before the pub opened so couldn’t let anyone know.
Altogether the place was ok, just like a Travelodge, not sure it was worth what I paid.
