Easy to get lost due to lack of signage or directions on the property.
It would be very easy to make the hotel more user friendly. The valet service was excellent. Some desk staff were unhelpful. The restaurants service, food and waiters were excellent.
The hotel is in a lovely location on the lake and easy walking to downtown, the capital and museums.

The room was real clean & comfortable. Note the room was warm & stuffy when you first walk in. It must have a smart thermostat. It cooled right away. I wished we had time to visit the hot tub. I try to pick a hotel with a hot tub. The breakfast had good variety of choices.
