Hotel limpo, otimo cafe da manhã, otimo atendimento. Quartos confortáveis. O unico inconveniente é a janela do quarto que fica de frente para os outros quartos, o black out precisa ficar o tempo todo fechado, nao possui uma cortina fina para bloquear a visão e deixarbo quarto claro.

Prezados, boa tarde! 1 - O quarto é muito bom, aconchegante, tudo muito limpo e organizado, ar condicionado funciona bem, tv com muitos canais. Gostei muito do espaço. Os funcionários foram educados comigo na entrada e na saída. 2 - Tive um problema que poderia ter sido muito crítico. Não sei se é orientação padrão do hotel, ou se isso é uma atitude exclusiva de um colaborador da limpeza. No meu segundo dia de estadia, uma colaboradora perguntou se poderia limpar o quarto e combinei de fazê-lo ás 15h do dia em questão. Acontece que, quem limpou o quarto jogou fora caixas que eu ainda iria utilizar. Uma caixa de um dos meus perfumes, uma caixa onde levei equipamentos eletrônicos caros para apresentação na feira em que eu era expositor e uma sacola. Eu imaginei que a limpeza levasse em consideração somente o que estava dentro da lixeira e não itens que ficam na mesa ou na cama (ou até no chão) sem certeza se devem ou não serem jogados fora. Minha colega de trabalho, hospedada em outro quarto, teve a comida jogada fora, mesmo sem estar na lixeira. Portanto, a respeito dessa situação eu considero que o hotel deve rever suas políticas e dessa forma deixo também minha nota mais baixa do que poderia ser.
