On the surface, this hotel might look like a great option for a stay in Campinas, however, the reception crew for the afternoon hours of October 10th/2025 were strangely snob and unfriendly. The panoramic view room is an illusion they sell. It is simply a room with large windows that does not justify paying the extra fee. Stained upholstery(couches)in room, hairs in shower, only one bath towel per guest, breakfast with not-so courteous personnel (not to mention the lack of breakfast-like food variety that is usually found in similar hotels in the region). Additionally, a few actual guests of the hotel were plain rude and impolite which made our stay extra unpleasant. The aggravations and extremely uncomfortable experience we went through during our short stay, prompted me to write this detailed review in order to warn other future guests hoping they will find alternate lodging options and avoid booking this hotel at all costs. Maybe this hotel was a great stay option in the past, but that reality has changed drastically.

Toalhas de banho com cheiro de desinfetante, bancada do banheiro ruim, torneiras velhas, chuveiro ora quente ora frio. Serviço de quarto péssimo. Pedi café e leite, torradas, foi entregue xícara, pão na chapa, manteiga e geleia de pimenta. Ter que ficar ligando para reclamar é muito chato.

Noite Terrível!! Péssima Gestão!

Péssima organização. Neste dia eles resolveram fazer a manutenção do sistema de energia e ficamos sem luz durante toda a madrugada, isto que estávamos com um bebê que precisa de atendimento durante a noite para prepararmos a mamadeira e trocar a fralda. Foi uma noite terrível tendo que usar a luz do celular para atender o nosso bebê. Deixamos avisado que precisávamos de luz de emergência, visto que até nos trocaram de quarto para nós colocar num quarto que não possui luz de emergência. Sem ar condicionado e sem luz é impossível dar atendimento ao nosso filho. Tentamos contato via telefone do hotel interno e por celular e não chamava na hora que precisávamos. Ficamos isolados no sétimo andar. Deveriam ter avisado que iria ter esta manutenção antes de chegarmos para trocarmos de hotel, pois se soubéssemos antecipadamente, com certeza não ficaríamos.
