Check-in - Simpatico mas ineficiente. Se vou em familia, pego dois quartos, me parece obvio que queremos ficar proximos, A pessoa que nos atendeu nos colocou no 6 e no 12 pavimentos, tivemos de repetir o check-in. Coisa de atendente sem a minima sensibilidade de o que está fazendo. Quarto - Vários problemas de manutenção, sejam na vedação das janelas, mas principalmente no banheiro, em ambos os quartos vaza muito o box e alaga o banheiro, reclamamos e nada foi feito. Não funciona a exaustão dos banheiros, nem a renovação de ar do quarto. Cama dura, travesseiro muito molenga e mofado. Café da manha excelente e os melhores atendentes do hotel. Melhor qualidade do hotel Localização é boa, apenas tem uma obra na frente que faz um pouco de barulho para quem quer dormir até mais tarde. Tem mercado ao lado. Estacionamento muito bom.

Hóspedes relataram uma série de falhas graves, iniciando com um check-in tardio e um restaurante com serviço ineficiente e pratos mal preparados. O ponto crítico foi a ativação do alarme de incêndio por três vezes, inclusive às 01h30, evidenciando o não funcionamento do telefone do quarto e a falha em medidas de segurança. A recepção alegou falsamente a presença de técnicos, quando, na verdade, um funcionário do próprio hotel desativou manualmente o sistema após longa espera, sem qualquer registro de ordem de serviço para manutenção do elevador ou segurança. O episódio demonstrou negligência, desrespeito e mentiras por parte da equipe, prejudicando o descanso do meu filho de 12 anos, que é autista e iria lutar em um campeonato de de Jiu-Jitsu (ADCC) que estava acontecendo em Indaiatuba.

Extremamente decepcionada com o hotéis.com por se filiar a um local que não tem o mínimo de respeito pelo cliente. Sou médica residente, na última semana fiz mais de 100h de plantão e busquei um hotel para descansar e me desconectar.. fui acordada cedo com barulho de furadeira que se perpetuou a manhã inteira, fiz reclamação na recepção e nada foi feito, falaram que iriam falar com a manutenção porém o barulho continuou, tenho vídeo que comprova a barulheira, extrema falta de respeito e consideração! Muito decepcionada!
