Recebemos um “upgrade” para um quarto melhor, porém a torneira estava vazando. Só tinha uma toalha, e a outra precisou ser retirada na recepção. O chuveiro era ok. A cama era super confortável. E o café da manhã ok.

O quarto atende a necessidade, porém como foi feita uma troca na última hora, pode ser por isso que havia formigas no quarto. Os funcionários muito educados o café da manhã nos atendeu muito bem, o pão caseiro estava muito saboroso. Mas a possibilidade de melhoras, a academia está incluso na propaganda do hotel, mas não estava boa para funcionamento, apenas a esteira e a bike. Mas o hotel tem possibilidades para melhorias, o espaço é ótimo.

Atendimento com descaso

Nao foi das melhores pelo atendimento no checkin. Chegamos antes do horário as 12:40. A atendente simplesmente disse. O checkin é as 14. Eu nao tem como ser antes. Ela. Nao. Saimos e Retornamos as 13:10 as 13:30 perguntei se podia. Recebemos o não de novo. Aguardamos no hall carregado de pernilongos. As 14 em ponto solicitei o checkin. Ela: momento, so fechar o caixa aqui e continuou fazendo contas. Minutos depois um rapaz tomou o lugar dela. Foi fazer o checkin e disse. Sistema fora do ar. So conseguimos as chaves” (que detalhe” estavam la desde as 13:30) as 14:35.

Localização e atendimento excelentes, mas o quarto bem caidinho, moveis detonados (pra quem n se importa tudo bem, atende muito bem) mas o chuveiro muito ruim espirra pra todo lado menos em vc. E o banheiro jm terrivel cheiro de xixi de gato. As meninas limparam e melhorou temporario. Achei meio salgado o valor pra um hotel quase abandonado rs. O bom que era muito proximo da prova de corrida que fui fazer, valeu pela localização.

Muito Ruim, tem que melhorar muito

Hotel só parece ser bom por fora, mas dentro é outra coisa... Paredes velhas com mofo, teto com vazamentos e pingando no banheiro da recepção, quarto com cheiro de bolor, quarda roupa com a madeira toda estufada bem velha, rack da tv com gaveta quebrada e solta, cama velha e deformada com um buraco, quarto era para casal e só tinha 1 cadeira na mesa, banheiro com torneira que não fecha e fica pingando, chuveiro muito ruim com o cano arriando fazendo com que vc tenha que ir quase na parede para tomar banho.. e muitas outras coisas
