The hotel has a good location, as it is in the central area. However, the towels had a very unpleasant smell that made me feel nauseous. The breakfast is simply terrible — I have honestly never had anything so bad. On the second and third days, we had to eat at a bakery instead. The scrambled eggs were dry and had a greenish color. Overall, the hotel feels neglected, almost abandoned. The rooms are old, and it clearly seems that there is little to no concern for quality.

Cobram estacionamento e deixam seu carro na rua, falam que se for usar é pra avisar com 5 a 10 minutos de antecedencia que o manobrista leva, pedi 20 minutos antes e quando desci o carro ainda nao estava lá, precisei ir de a pé para não me atrasar. Café da manhã razoável, quartos poderiam ser mais limpos, a vista era bonita. Elevadores são insuficientes e demoram muio principalmente no café da manhã.

Primeiro hotel que eu vou que o café da manhã é até às 10h e realmente acaba às 10h. Normalmente vc pode entrar até 10h mas pode comer tranquilo. Lá quando dá 10h, eles começam a recolher tudo. Outro ponto que não gostei muito foi que chegamos na chuva e mandaram deixar o carro na rua de cima pro manobrista pegar, sendo que Tem estacionamento dentro do hotel. E não avisaram que era ago, só na hora do checkout

Elevador quase impossível de pegar , equipe não ajuda os hóspedes , toda vez que precisei do carro demoravam para entregar as chaves , tive que fazer alguns afazeres fora do hotel andando para não se atrasar , e a parte mais incômoda foi ter sido cobrado o estacionamento e eles deixarem o carro na rua de baixo do hotel , soube disso pois a janela do quarto consegui visualizar o carro na rua. Até hoje pior estadia que tive!

Banheiro com vazamento; chuveiro com jato de água exageradamente forte; café da manhã ruim (bolos secos, salgados não estavam frescos, não tinha nem pão francês e o sabor do café muito estranho); ar condicionado com barulho; uma hóspede nos atropelou na hora de sair do elevador para fazer o check-out, quase derrubou a minha filha e o recepcionista do Hotel riu da situação.
