​Unacceptable Noise, Poor Maintenance, and Dismissive Management ​I cannot recommend this hotel. My stay was entirely ruined by a near-constant barrage of noise. Between the heavy thumping and furniture dragging from adjacent rooms, unbearable street noise, and housekeeping staff shouting outside my door in the mornings, a peaceful night's sleep was impossible. Front desk management was completely unhelpful and failed to address any of these issues when notified. ​The Room: Extremely small with a window that wouldn't close, a microscopic mini-bar, and Wi-Fi too slow for business use. The bathroom had a foul odor coming from the drains and lacked proper hot water. Additionally, the flooring and mattresses had severe static issues, emitting physical shocks throughout my stay. ​Service & Amenities: The common areas were re clean, and the breakfast buffet was actually quite good (with excellent gluten-free cheese puffs). However, the hospitality is severely lacking—one staff member even swept trash in my direction twice. ​I was misled about my room location from the start and left exhausted. Avoid this property if you value peace and comfort.

Vocês sabem que quando eu gosto eu gosto!!!! Hotel bacana, uma localização acessível para quem está de carro , e o pessoal da recepção e do restaurante nota 10. Porém precisamos ressaltar a falta de cuidado na manutenção dos quartos e dos banheiros, acredito que por conta da demanda ou pessoal da manutenção tem deixado a desejar mas não ademais nota sete (7).

O primeiro quarto que nos deram estava com o chuveiro esguichando água para fora, molhando o banheiro todo. Aí nós transferiram para outro quarto - no mesmo andar - com o box acumulando água, saindo pelo rejunte e, novamente, molhando o banheiro. Infelizmente parece que a manutenção dos banheiros não estão funcionando direito.

Café da minha poderia ser mais variado, alem de demorar um pouco na reposição e alguns pães estavam meio duros. Fora isso, o hotel está em otimas condições, podendo melhorar um pouco somente na questão da limpeza. Sobre a localização, já tinha lido algumas pessoas reclamando sobre "não ter nada por perto", então ja vim sabendo e pra mim não foi problema, pois atendeu ao propósito de ser perto do WetnWild e do Hopi Hari.
