Good location, staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a budget hotel, room is really small, only minimal amenities (soap bar and shampoo/shower gel), only one bath towel per guest and no hand towels, but staff gave me an extra one when I asked. Bed was comfortable. Surfaces in the room (floor and table) were dirty and sticky. Air conditioner worked super well, which was great as we're having a heat wave. There was a mini fridge in the room that worked super well to keep water very cold. We didn't have breakfast but it looked good, with fruits, cakes, breads, cold cuts and some hot items. I would recommend this hotel for a younger generation.

Even the ‘Superior’ room has maintenance issues. Bathroom sink was partially clogged, shower box doesn’t hold the shower water - the bathroom gets very wet. Besides, I can’t believe they are not offering face towels to save costs…

Nos foi dado o quarto errado. Categoria inferior e para um casal. Estávamos em 3 e tínhamos reservado um quarto superior family room. Nos deram um duplo com uma cama de casal apenas. O gerente conseguiu nos mudar para um com uma cama de casal e outra de solteiro mas não era também o que tinhamos reservado pois o hotel estava cheio. Efetuei a reserva ha bastante tempo. Não havia toalhas no novo quarto que nos detam e nem travesseiros suficientes. Fila imensa na recepção. Não estavam preparados para a demanda o Carnaval. Pessoal da recepção e colaboradores do hotel são extremamente atenciosos. Esse é o ponto alto do hotel. A limpeza do quarto é muito boa também.
