I completed an online check-in to save time when I arrived, which was duly accepted. Upon arrival, I had to go through the entire check-in process again, rendering the online check-in a waste of time.

In my bedroom I had issues with internet (poor), lights (some fails) also TV. Internet I consider basic service to provide. Afterwards I compared prices around the area, and definitely Ibis Budget is not good value for money. I tried to cancel and get refund, but it wasn’t possible. Because of my absence of experience I paid high cost.
