É visível a necessidade de economizar em tudo O quarto era para 4 pessoas 1 casal com dois filhos Só tinha 2 cobertas disponível no quarto qnd fui pedir mais a recepcionista informou que não tinha extra... um absurdo!! 16 reais uma escova de dentes, daquelas descartáveis mesmo que antes eram disponibilizadas de graça Funcionários de muito mal humor desde do check in até o check out

Adoro o Ibis por entregar sempre a mesma qualidade em qualquer lugar. Meu único incômodo é que as camareiras fazem um check-in nos quartos 9h da manhã e eu fui acordada, porém esse dia eu precisava muito dormir até mais tarde. Se for possível rever este sistema e fazer esse check com o pessoal da recepção, seria melhor.

Reservamos um quarto para duas crianças e dois adultos, com duas camas de casal, mas fomos informados na recepção que só havia o quarto acessível nessa configuração. A outra opção seriam dois quartos, o que não seria viável com crianças. O banheiro não nos atendia, pois a pia era baixa, o sanitário alto e o banheiro não tinha box, ficando alagado após o uso. O quarto fica ao lado da sala de passar roupa e há um barulho altíssimo do que parece ser o sistema de ar condicionado. O alarme de incêndio soou às três horas da manhã o que causou um enorme susto e desconforto. O chão embaixo das camas está imundo. Não me hospedaria novamente.

Não foi agradável. Hotel extremamente barulhento, a madrugada toda. Muitos quartos, muita circulação de pessoas durante a noite toda. Funcionário do estacionamento extremamente grosseiro. Banheiro não tem box de vidro, apenas uma cortina de plástico que molha todo banheiro.
