É um ótimo lugar pra quem não necessita de muitas comodidades, tem mais cara de pousada que de hotel. Pelo valor que eu paguei em 2 diárias pra 2 adultos e 2 crianças (quase $900,00) achei que deixou a desejar, já paguei o mesmo valor em lugares melhores e com mais comodidades, mas pelas minhas pesquisas a região é de fato ostensiva. O quarto era bem grande, porém havia marcas de umidade e a pintura branca estava um pouco suja. Uma parte do hotel tinha quartos recém construídos, talvez quem fique alocado nesses quartos mais novos não tenha reclamações de infraestrutura, o meu era mais antigo. A Tv minúscula, o ar condicionado funcionava deixando o ambiente agradável mas não gelado, a roupa de cama também deixou um pouco a desejar mas estava tudo muito limpo. O ponto forte pra mim foi o aquecimento do banheiro com misturador que faz toda diferença no banho e a qualidade dos colchões que é ótima, muito confortáveis, dormimos muito bem e a limpeza que já falei acima. O café da manhã é modesto , mas bem servido, tudo muito gostoso, você pode consumir à vontade, e as atendentes são muito solícitas. A piscina não é muito grande, mas pra mim não é um atributo relevante. No geral, foi muito agradável.

O local é muito agradável e espaçoso e uma ilha arborizada no meio da cidade, os chalés são simples e agradáveis. Uma ótima opção para viagens de negócios.

Hotel não apropriado para família. Muita gente circulando. Muito falatório a noite. Comida somente congelada para esquentar no microondas. E eles não entregam no quarto, tem que ir buscar e não é perto. Cadê da manhã me surpreendeu (bom). Hotel apropriado para quem viaja a trabalho passa ali uma noite e segue.

Local ideal para viagem solo ou de negócios. Não recomendado para família. Fluxo grande de pessoas sozinhas. Serviço do hotel muito bom, exceto pela indisponibilidade de camas de casal, fato este que não é informado pelo hotel. Apesar do serviço do hotel ser bom. O ambiente em si não demostra ser adequado para família, pois não tem privacidade e um clima familiar.

Bom para descansar mas precisa melhorar .

Foi bem implicada, pois primeiro que esqueci de pedir um quarto bno térreo, pois tenho problema de coluna, depois cama separada para casal. Pedimos para mudar então no dia seguinte mudamos para o andar de baixo. O ar não estava funcionando, reclamamos veio um técnico e arrumou, só o controle paralelo, não funcionava direito, não aumentava a temperatura e acabou por nem desligar . A gente fica sem opção pois as janelas não abrem. A estrutura do hotel precisa melhorar, não tem rampa de acesso. É uma boa localização, silencioso , mas falta esses detalhes, que acaba estressando.

O atendimento foi bom e o pessoal, em geral, bastante educado. A piscina é gostosa e o lugar bastante sossegado, trazendo um ambiente calmo e tranquilo. Porém, o chuveiro não funcionava muito bem, variando a temperatura constantemente. Além disso, o telefone do quarto estava quebrado. Quando apontamos essa questão, o hotel apenas anotou no "caderno de ocorrências".

No geral, não é de todo perdido

O exterior é muito bonito, mas o quarto precisava de manutenção. O trinco da porta da entrada estava caindo, as luzes de cabeceira não acendiam, a descarga e o chuveiro não paravam de pingar. As tomadas estavam largas (nossos carregadores ficavam caindo). O papel higiênico não foi abastecido e o box do banheiro não estava limpo. Os colchões, principalmente do casal estava muito velho, parecia uma canoa. O que compensou a estadia foi o café da manhã, diversificado, com frutas, sucos naturais e pães e bolos variados. O espaço externo é muito bonito, gostei da piscina também.
