Muito bom, ótimas instalações, confortável, pessoal muito atencioso. Um único senão foi o barulho das obras de reforma do chalé ao lado do que ficamos. Sei que é difícil conciliar mas por tratar-se de um local para descanso poderiam fazer as obras em horários que incomodasse menos, por exemplo das 10 as 16 horas e não as 7 horas.

Ficamos no quarto 13, parece um quarto localizado no porão. São 4 lances de escada da recepção até o quarto, sendo a última por um corredor bem estreito. A varanda/janela do quarto dá para uma estrada de terra onde passam ônibus, caminhões e carros desde logo bem cedo (nos hospedamos durante a semana), portanto o quarto era bem barulhento. No banheiro, a entrada para o box/banheira é feita por um degrau bem alto, portanto de difícil acesso para quem tem qualquer limitação física.

A pousada é realmente como aparente nas fotos, muito bonita, com ótima vista para as montanhas, muitos jardins, flores e muito verde para todos os lados. Cama muito boa e quarto muito bem arrumado e decorado. O único detalhe é que o chuveiro/banheira poderiam esquentar mais a água. Era apenas morna. Café da manhã muito bom e farto, com opções de tapiocas preparadas na hora para o hóspede.

A pousada é uma graça e tem uma linda vista das montanhas. Os funcionários são atenciosos, principalmente no restaurante/café. Decepcionei-me com a Suíte Luxo,pois fica em um nível abaixo dos chalés e a varanda é a beira da estrada onde passam carros o tempo todo, o banheiro com banheira é mediano é precisa de reformas. O quarto é espaçoso e estava limpo mas poderia ganhar uns ajustes na condição geral. A vista da piscina é maravilhosa! A sala de jogos bem gostosa.

Bom hotel mas necessita de atualizção.

Hotel localizado fora da área urbana, em um ponto elevado que permite uma vista panorâmica do vale. Tem a disposição piscina externa e interna aquecida, salão de jogos, sauna e um restaurante panorâmico. Os chalés estão distribuídos em um terreno inclinado que permite a todos eles vista ao vale. Os chalés dispõe de um quarto grande, uma sala separada e banheiro enorme com banheira de hidromassagem. No caso especifico do chalé 4 (que fiquei hospedado) acho se necessária atualização/modernização e melhorar na manutenção dos equipamentos. Sinal de Wi-Fi praticamente inexistente. Para quem tem necessidades especiais, terá certa dificuldade para acessar as dependências do hotel devido diversas escadarias.
