Eu,e meu esposo fomos muito bem atendidos. Um hotel simples, mas tudo dentro da normalidade.Quarto limpo e arrumado, banheiro bem limpo e café da manhã adequado ao valor da hospedagem. Sempre que visitamos Serra Negra nos hospedamos no Casarão.

O hotel é muito bom, mas não tinha um sabonetinho no quarto. Por ser um hotel, não levei. Tive que sair pra comprar. Mas em um todo é muito bom.

De maneira geral a limpeza do quarto foi positiva, embora o enxoval seja bastante simples e aparente ter uma certa idade. O café da manhã é simples, mas adequado; poderia ser melhorado. O estacionamento é limitado comportando, talvez, 10 a 12 veículos; dependendo da ocupação do hotel não há disponibilidade de vagas para todos os veículos dos hóspedes, como aconteceu. O acesso a várias dependências do hotel é feito através de escadas fixas, o que nem sempre é confortável. Face à topografia da cidade de Serra Negra, a localização do hotel não é exatamente favorável, com descidas e subidas bastante íngremes; voltar para o hotel a partir da área central da cidade é bastante desafiador. Nenhuma reclamação da equipe de funcionários do hotel, ainda que seja reduzida. Um pouco mais da sensação de acolhimento e "indulgence" ajudariam para a satisfação geral da hospedagem.

Evitem a qualquer custo esse lugar ! Raramente faco críticas aos lugares que frequento, mas me senti na obrigaçào de compartilhar minha experiência. A realidade é bem diferente do que é anunciado. Café da manhã horrível, tudo mal feito, bolos e tortas embatumado e na minha opinião ambiente tem pouca limpeza em todas áreas. Não existe estacionamento para todos, mas um espaço onde os carros ficam apertados, e travados por outros carros. No meu caso o veiculo ficou na rua, porque o estacionamento não comporta toda a demanda. Ah, e se alqum carro estiver bloqueando sua saida, o proprietário precisa manobra-lo, para que você saia. 0 site deles informa que possuem 49 apartamentos amplos e arejados. Tem dois tipos de apto... um ruim outro péssimo. Infelizmente fiquei no péssimo, com vazamento na pia, crosta de sujeira. Não existe colchão de casal, é duas partes emendadas com um buraco no meio. Geladeira velha na sacada. Janela é aquelas antigas na porta para sacada. Não recomendo para ninguém, só fiquei porque, passei 300 reais no cartão e tínhamos evento de bike na cidade, onde os demais hotéis estavam lotados.

Café da manhã nota 10. O chuveiro foi desligado o aquecedor e não foi possível tomar banho adequadamente com o frio do inverno que estamos prestes a ter. Frigobar não funcionou; Na foto do Hotéis.com diz que os quartos têm secador de cabelo. Chegando no quarto vimos que não tem. Isso configura publicidade enganosa; O extrado da cama amarrado com arame pra não despencar no chão; É um hotel antigo e precisa de muita manutenção.
