O lugar em si é muito bom, fácil de ser localizado, perto de vários pontos, o atendimento principalmente da recepção é excelente mas o que deixou a desejar foi a questão do quarto. Primeiro ponto que o piso perto do banheiro dava a impressão de estar solto e que a qualquer momento iria quebrar

O quarto e o banheiro são espaçosos, a roupa de cama estava limpa. Porém as toalhas já estão gastas e bem ásperas. A porta do banheiro precisa de manutenção , madeira descascando embaixo( são coisinhas que podem ser melhoradas). Café da manhã! Bem simples, poderia ter uma atenção maior para as frutas ( parecem que estão passadas/ do dia anterior). A piscina sem condições de entrar em nenhum dia, água totalmente turva ( nítido que não foi limpa em nenhum dos dias que me hospedei) foram 5. Falei na recepção e me disseram que havia chovido…. Achei uma desculpa sem sentido, pois fui dois dias no Thermas e as piscinas estavam impecáveis. Enfim , minha nota é de 0 a 10 é 6.

Eu fiquei hospedado no quarto 9, foi muito bem recebido e tratado por todos, desde a recepção, pessoal do café da manhã e as meninas da limpeza. O café da manhã estava muito bom, o quarto bem limpo, grande e bem arejado. O wi-fi funciona bem dentro do quarto, se quiser usar no banheiro o sinal cai e usei dados do celular o que não é nenhum demérito. A única coisa ruim são as pessoas que se hospedam e não possuem empatia com o próximo, passam pela porta dos quartos logo cedo falando alto, batendo objetos e com sapatos de salto que pareceia mais um tamanco de madeira, mas isso não tem nada a ver com o hotel e sim com as pessoas que não tem respeito ao próximo. Ressalto que viajo bastante e isso não é um caso isolado desse hotel, no geral as pessoas estão assim.
