Nice Business Hotel in Campinas.

Nice efficient hotel if you are coming into Campinas for a business stay. Room was spacious and clean, but there were some outdated things in the bathroom and minor things like one of the TVs not working, etc. I am sure if AI had mentioned the TV. They would have taken care of it. But all in all, a nice hotel that is clean and affordable if you are coming into Campinas for a brief stay.

Quarto espaçoso, limpo, cama confortável e bom café da manhã. O destaque é a equipe de funcionários, todos muito educados e atenciosos, o que faz muita diferença sempre. Nosso check in foi feito pelo Jorge, ótimo conosco e também com nossos cachorrinhos (sim, eles são pet friendly!). Já é a terceira vez que ficamos hospedados. O prédio é um pouco antigo, mas não diminui em nada a excelente qualidade da hospedagem.

Os funcionários sempre me atenderam com educação, simpatia e cordialidade. O café da manhã era excelente, bem como a arrumação do quarto. O que não gostei foi que o chuveiro não tinha uma boa vazão de água, que ficava acumulada na banheira; mesmo eu só tomando ducha, a água ficava empolada na altura dos meus tornozelos. Tb não gostei de não poder receber visita no quarto; a pessoa foi de manhã, não ia pernoitar, pois mora em Campinas e mesmo assim a "política" do hotel e de não permitir a entrada de pessoas além dos hóspedes. Tive que permanecer no saguão (o que encurtou mais ainda o período da visita), não pude lhe oferecer algo para beber ou comer, apesar de ter uma mesa com 2 cadeiras e um sofá na sala de estar.

Vou enviar por aqui um resumão porque a reclamação foi pelo whats e sem sucesso de resposta até o momento. 1. Ao chegarmos tinha uma barata andando em cima da cama. 2. Toalhas com cheiro ruim e uma delas estava desfazendo (cheia de fiapos nas pontas e no meio. 3. Ar condicionado mais barulhento que um liquidificador quebrado. Ainda, ele desliga a cada 5 minutos e como estava calor, não dava para ficar sem! Resumo: não dormimos a noite inteira. Quando deu 4 da manhã, desci na recepção para sair do barulho. 4. As cobertas mais fedidas do que qualquer coisa. Não foi a primeira vez que fiquei nesse hotel. Mas vem piorando a cada vez que eu ficava. Desta vez. Acho que foi a última mesmo! Até pedi o meu dinheiro de volta. Foi tudo péssimo! Rs Obs: TODOS OS FUNCIONÁRIOS SAO EXCELENTES!!

Televisões velhas, sem nenhum tipo de tecnologia (streaming ou canais a cabo), ar condicionado fica pingando o tempo inteiro litros de água a ponto de ter que por um balde pra poder usar o ar, iluminação de hospital nada aconchegante, valor de estacionamento cobrado a parte. Café da manhã bem pobre. Pessima experiência, não recomendo.

Gostei bastante da minha estadia. Um dos pontos que achei mais interessante foi a divisão do espaço, com uma antessala e o quarto, o que deixa o ambiente mais confortável e agradável. O quarto estava limpo, a cama era confortável e a água quente funcionava bem — algo básico, mas que nem sempre é garantido em todos os hotéis. O café da manhã atende bem às expectativas, com uma boa variedade de opções. A equipe da recepção foi atenciosa e cordial durante todo o contato, o que faz diferença na experiência como um todo. A localização também é um ponto positivo, bem no centro, com fácil acesso a comércios e serviços próximos. Considerando tudo o que o hotel oferece, achei um bom custo-benefício.
