O atendimento na entrada foi excelente! O ambiente em geral parecia limpo e organizado. O quarto estava aparentemente limpo. Cinco estrelas para o chuveiro e a água aquecida na torneira, e também para os canais disponíveis na TV. Mas a cortina blackout estava suja. o cheiro de cloro no quarto quando entramos estava insuportável. Não tenho certeza se a roupa de cama realmente havia sido trocada. E as toalhas, meu Deus, as toalhas!!!!! Secas, duras e fedidas a poluição. Muitíssimo ruins!!!! Vc faz uma verdadeira esfoliação na pele! E o cheiro delas é horrível!. Como se tivessem ficado em varal de zona rural com queima de cana. Horrível!!!! As atendentes, embora muito simpáticas, deveriam ter um treinamento melhor. Uma não entendeu o que era o lanche no prato, me trouxe, literalmente, o lanche no prazo (pra quem não sabe, é todo o recheio sem o pão). Outra me deixou falando sozinha qdo eu ia dizer que ja havia escolhido o que pedir. Enfim, de 0 a 10, nota 5.

Na data/hora do meu check-in, havia uma funcionária da recepção que talvez não estivesse muito bem, e por isso não demonstrou simpatia; sobre o banheiro do quarto, precisa melhorar um pouco, as instalações estão velhas. Café da manhã e atendentes do setor estão de parabéns. Quarto estava bem limpo e arrumado.

O café da manhã encerra as 10h, entretanto, as 9:40h, quando chegamos, parecia o café da xepa, pois estavam faltando vários produtos, retiraram as bandejas e não houve reposição, tampouco qualquer contato de funcionário indagando sobre a necessidade de qualquer alimento. Atenção no último dia: ZERO. Recomendo: NÃO. Voltaria a me hospedar: JAMAIS. Fato desagradável: camareira arrumando o quarto sem a minha solicitação com a porta escancarada com os meus pertences ainda para arrumar. Entrei no quarto e ela pediu desculpas. O mais grave: não exigiu identificação para saber se eu era mesmo o hóspede do quarto. Segurança a desejar. O último dia apagou qualquer possibilidade de recomendação.

A equipe de funcionários é incrível! O café da manhã é ótimo e o estacionamento também. Desta vez a única observação é que não conseguiram realizar a limpeza do quarto pois o hotel estava muito cheio.
