O atendimento final me deixaram esperando, tinha um grupo de pessoas estrangeiras fazendo checkout casa hora aumentava as pessoas passando na frente. Fiquei esperando a moça do balcão não falou nada e quase ainda passa outra pessoa que chegou depois na frente. Eu simplesmente estava invisível pra eles. Falta de consideração.

Eu cheguei no Hotel de madrugada, após um evento noturno e não havia água quente para tomar banho. Fui informado de que o aquecimento é desligado pela equipe de manutenção à noite. Absurdo.

O quarto estava cheirando forte, algo parecido com cheiro de cigarro As toalhas de banho bemmmm usadas. A água do chuveiro com aquecimento central, mesmo depois de ficarmos 2 minutos aguardando conforme instrução no local, não esquentou . Tomamos banho frio. No café tinha um suco que me pareceu feito com pó e água . Disseram que era suco laranja natural Pedi e paguei a parte um suco de laranja realmente natural . Me pareceu que o hotel está um pouco sem conservação. Estive lá há um ano e se percebe nitidamente as mudanças para pior .

Os quartos são simples, os móveis não são novos, mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia, a limpeza dos quartos é ótima....o café da manhã é bom, bem servido.....tem estacionamento gratuito para carros....recomendo;
