Eu cheguei no Hotel de madrugada, após um evento noturno e não havia água quente para tomar banho. Fui informado de que o aquecimento é desligado pela equipe de manutenção à noite. Absurdo.

O quarto estava cheirando forte, algo parecido com cheiro de cigarro As toalhas de banho bemmmm usadas. A água do chuveiro com aquecimento central, mesmo depois de ficarmos 2 minutos aguardando conforme instrução no local, não esquentou . Tomamos banho frio. No café tinha um suco que me pareceu feito com pó e água . Disseram que era suco laranja natural Pedi e paguei a parte um suco de laranja realmente natural . Me pareceu que o hotel está um pouco sem conservação. Estive lá há um ano e se percebe nitidamente as mudanças para pior .

Pontos a melhorar

Teve 2 pontos negativos O primeiro o fato de eu ter pago um quarto casal com cama apropriada e ter ficado em duas camas de solteiro juntadas com lençol em cima. Desconfortável essa experiência. E o segundo ponto negativo o wi-fi Ficamos em um quarto no segundo andar O último quarto do corredor e o wi-fi não funcionava muito bem.

Em RIO CLARO sempre uso este hotel, porem desta vez sofremos discriminação por etarismo quando fomos jantar. Fizemos o pedido e varias pessoas que entraram no restaurante depois foram prioritariamente atendidas. Nós, um casal idoso esperamos por uma hora meia por um prato simples (PF) oferecido no cardápio do restaurante. Apos esta espera, desistimos e saímos para comer um MCDonald's ao lado do hotel
