The hotel is part of a complex of several hotels (>5) dedicated to serve businesses! The room was good but too small, including the beds. Breakfast was served as a compliment and was good. Vicinity is poorly maintained and there is trash and poorly maintained areas.

Pedi um quarto com duas camas, porém ao chegar para o checkin, não estava disponível. Cobram o preço de meia diária para adiantar em 1h o checkin, achei isso incabível! Agora o pior: o ar condicionado do quarto não funcionava (ligava, mas não gelava, provavelmente necessita limpeza). Pouco conforto para o preço praticado.

Excelente hotel e péssimo estacionamento.

Hotel excelente, um dos meus preferidos em Campinas. Boas camas e chuveiros, com café completo. O ponto negativo é o estacionamento pago, muito caro e com péssimo atendimento. Normalmente tenho que esperar muito tempo para entregar o carro e também para pegar o veículo, pagando preço de Faria Lima em SP, completamente desproporcional para o local e para terrível atendimento da empresa responsável.

Tive uma série de dificuldades na hospedagem e um atendimento "reativo" por parte do hotel. Não estavam disponíveis itens mencionados na reserva (café, água, etc), mesmo tendo solicitado, recebi produtos velhos. Manutenção no quarto ao lado com trabalhadores conversando alto. Ar condicionado muito barulhento. Secador estragado e recepcionista "duvidando" da minha informação. Não valeu o custo da reserva.
