Os funcionários são muito simpáticos. O chuveiro não esquentava e a recepcionista trocou nosso quarto na hora. É um pouco apertadinho, mas dá pra passar. O café é muito gostoso e tem variedade de alimentos.

Fiquei no hotel por apenas um dia e uma noite, e apesar do atendimento excelente do André, a experiência geral não foi positiva. O André foi sempre muito atencioso, educado e prestativo, o que fez com que me sentisse acolhido durante a estadia. No entanto, o hotel deixou a desejar em vários aspectos. O quarto estava com problemas de vazamento no ar condicionado, o vaso sanitário estava com vazamento e não estava bem preso ao chão. A limpeza não foi feita de forma adequada, as toalhas estavam manchadas. Outro ponto negativo foi a estrutura do hotel, que parecia estar precisando de uma reforma urgente. Enfim, é uma pena porque o atendimento foi muito bom.

O hotel está passando por reformas, o quarto apresentou problemas no vaso sanitário(solto), lâmpada do banheiro com mau contato, o piso do apartamento está danificado, toalhas limpas porém manchadas e meu filho foi picado por inseto (provavelmente percevejos)

Os recepcionistas são uns amores, o André da noite fez uma enorme gentileza para mim, solicitou refeição em um restaurante, eu fiquei imensamente grata pois eu estava extremamente cansada! O Bento um amor, me tranquilizando que minha reserva estava ok e eu podia ir tranquila e com calma para o hotel! Só gratidão e carinho pelo pessoal!

O hotel está em obras, mas as instalações são bem precárias. Estava com um grupo de amigos e um dos três casais que estavam conosco precisaram trocar de quarto por três vezes, por problemas de infra- estrutura.
