o hotel está em reforma, o quarto estava sujo de pó da obra, no corredor, antes do meu quarto, tinha manhã em pé e material de construção. No quarto não tinha papel no banheiro e nem espelho. Eu estava me São Paulo e eles me perguntando que horas iria chegar e se fosse depois das 18hs teria que pagar a reserva e ficaram mandando mensagem, tive que fazer o pix na entrada indo para Campinas. Café pouca variedade

Recepção foi maravilhosa, no início e no final, quarto precisa de uma boa reforma, banheiro, precisa de uma boa limpeza, o controle remoto da tv não funcionou, mesmo eu avisando, pediram pra eu ir trocar a pilha, ao invés de ir até mim com a solução, fiquei sem controle, o controle do ar tbm não funcionou, tive que configurar pelo YouTube.
