Pior lugar que já fui, chegando lá me mandaram pra 3 quartos diferentes, sendo que um deles estava ocupado, cheiro forte de cigarro, o hotel está em reforma e uma bagunça nos corredores. Como paguei na entrada, disse que não ficaria porque estava sem condições, quartos sujos, pedi o estorno do valor e não fizeram na hora, depois me mandaram um PIX com o valor incorreto e quando questionei eles me disseram que descontaram o valor das taxas do cartão, ou seja hotel PESSIMO, HONESTIDADE ZERO.

A principio daria nota ZERO, se não fosse pelo funcionário da minha 2a diária que me trocou de quarto. Ao chegar, me colocaram em um quarto literalmente caindo aos pedaços, tudo podre, sujo, mofado, ar condicionado não funcionava, toalhas imundas, torneira da pia gotejando sem parar. Estava exausta após trabalhar o dia inteiro e pegar estrada, que tive que dormir nesse muquifo. No 2o dia, estava prestes a mudar de hotel, que tinha mais 2 diárias pela frente. Após reclamar, o recepcionista me disse que esse era um quarto para diárias solicitadas no balcão, que a atendente da noite anterior errou em me alocar lá. Me ofereceram outros 3 quartos, que também eram péssimos, mas menos que o 1o. Por fim, aceitei um quarto triplo que era o único levemente reformado, que o ar condicionado pelo menos funcionava (mesmo o aparelho estando em péssimas condições). Tive uma experiência muito estressante e desconfortável. O café da manhã também deixou muito a desejar com a funcionária subindo na mesma cadeira que os hospedes sentam com tênis sujo para mexer na máquina de café, higiene zero. Estacionamento também péssimo esquema de pararem um carro atrás do outro e deixar os outros presos. O hotel é muito barato, mas vale a pena investir um pouco mais e não passar todo esse sufoco. Precisa urgente de reforma e melhorias no hotel.

o hotel está em reforma, o quarto estava sujo de pó da obra, no corredor, antes do meu quarto, tinha manhã em pé e material de construção. No quarto não tinha papel no banheiro e nem espelho.
