I like the staff. I just hate how noisy it can be sometimes. Lots of noise this time around because there was a group of people for an event there and they were so loud early in the morning yelling and laughing for hours in the hallway. And the WiFi is terrible. If basically doesn’t exist. Netflix turns off and on and if you have to work forget it don’t bother.

2 pontos negativos, o quarto que aluguei pelo hotel.com era com cama de casal, e no quarto só tinha 2 de solteiro. Outro ponto negativo é um porta entre a parede que divide os quartos, dá para ouvir tudo o que acontece no outro quarto. Do resto foi tdo perfeito. Voltaria mas em outro quarto.

Fiz a reserva de 2 quartos com cama de casal, antecipei o checkin, indiquei os dados dos 2 ocupantes do quarto, chegando na estadia fui comunicada que o meu quarto era solteiro, mostrei para a recepcionista que a reserva era casal, em ambas as reservas e fui informada que estavam com lotação máxima e não teria como alterar o quartos, só poderiam juntar as camas caso fosse o interesse. No decorrer do período ouvimos muitos barulhos de camas sendo arrastadas, acredito que outros clientes tiveram o mesmo tipo de problema. Café da manhã faltando muitos produtos/alimentos, reposição lenta, poucos funcionários disponíveis. Só ficamos no hotel, pois estávamos atrasados para o compromisso.
Nós mesmas juntamos as camas.

Bom, mas há sempre o que melhorar!

O hotel é muito bem localizado. Boa infraestrutura, aparência de bem cuidado. Pontos negativos, é o fechamento de áreas comuns para eventos particulares, a demora na limpeza dos quartos. Por exemplo fiquei no domingo o dia inteiro com o quarto sem limpar, o que só foi feito após as 18:30 horário que saímos do quarto.

Bom hotel. Bom custo benefício.

O Hotel é bem localizado, fomos em uma formatura no Expo America na Rodovia Anhanguera. O quarto é limpo e confortável. O banheiro é limpo e grande, o chuveiro é bom. Ficamos pouco tempo no Hotel, não utilizamos piscina, sauna, etc.
