O estacionamento foi um ponto muito negativo da minha experiência. No dia em que cheguei de viagem as 16h, na porta do hotel havia uma placa indicando o estacionamento e na rua não poderia deixar o carro pois as placas indicavam proibido, então, estacionei o carro e informei ao funcionário responsável que estava hospedado no hotel. Mesmo assim, ele pediu que eu retirasse o veículo, alegando que o estacionamento iria fechar. A forma como fui tratado foi bastante mal educada. Em seguida, conversei com o manobrista de outro estacionamento, (hotel do lado.da mesma rede ) que me informou que o funcionamento não era aquele: os hóspedes podem deixar o carro no local durante a hospedagem, pois o estacionamento funciona 24 horas. Inclusive, no momento do check-in, perguntei se havia outra opção de estacionamento, pois, se fosse necessário, não teria problema em utilizar outro local. Na rua não é permitido estacionar, então dependíamos dessa estrutura. Vale ressaltar que o estacionamento não era uma cortesia do hotel; o serviço foi cobrado à parte. Por isso, esperava receber um atendimento cordial e informações corretas, o que infelizmente não aconteceu.

O estacionamento era fora do hotel, onde me causou receio andar a noite sozinha na calçada, tive que pedir para me levarem o carro ate o hotel, pois nao ofereceram de oficio. No checkout nao gostei do atendimento, pois a funcionaria conpletamente desinformado, sugeriu para que eu pegasse o carrinho e fosse ate o estacionamento sozinha com minha bagagem, e mais uma vez eu que solicitei para trazerem. O ar condicionado parou de funcionar no meio da noite. O quarto é antiguinho, precisa de uma reforma, mas bem limpinho, atederia muito bem se o ar nao tivesse parado.
