Não se arrisque neste Hotel precario

Tudo muito ruim, funcionários sem máscara na recepção, alegaram que não receberam a reserva do Hotéis.com Nos colocaram no apartamento 305 ( sem luz) Depois no apartamento 215 ( sem porta no banheiro). Estava com um vazamento  na recepção ( local do cafe da manhã). Travesseiros sujos. Quarto todo deteriorado ( porta do AP 106 não fecha direito). Reformas em toda parte. Não recomendo.

Hotel compacto pela definição, mas “imenso” na cordialidade e atenção do atendimento, como também pela limpeza e conforto. E esta localizado ao lado de centro comercial, com boa gama de produtos e serviços. Gostei e volto!

Havia pago pelo expedia as diárias, porém questionado 2 vezes a respeito do pagamento, a recepcionista do hotel informou que não havia sido pago e efetuei outro pagamento no check out, porém tinha sido cobrado no meu cartão o outro pagamento, tentando ainda inúmeros contatos porém sem retorno sobre estorno.

Atendeu as necessidades

Estadia de uma noite somente para acompanhar evento na Unicamp. Procurei hotel próximo e a opção do Compacto pareceu a mais adequada, não a mais barata. O hotel fica bem localizado dentro da segurança do Condomínio Alphaville de Campinas. Porém, necessita de um upgrade/reforma/atualização para melhorar as condições dos quartos. A garagem subterrânea é uma experiência inusitada para quem tem carros grandes ou dificuldades em manobrar.

Bom custo beneficio!

O quarto Tem ótimo custo x benefício! O café precisa melhorar um pouco (variedade, disposição, acompanhamentos, etc). Pessoal na recepção precisa estar mais atendo... menos uso do celular... O estacionamento precisa dar uma arrumada (limpar o espaço, ter um portão, acesso coberto). As reformas precisam ser terminadas com urgência! Usamos uma das salas de eventos, mas o acesso está muito ruim (escadas feias, mal iluminada e mal sinalizadas, piso em obras, etc...

Primeira e ultima vez

A recepção demora muito a atender via telefone, tanto externo como pelo quarto. O quarto estava inundado de agua, mais inundado mesmo, desde a cama até o chão. Trocaram meu quarto e o outro estava com a cabeceira da cama que há meses não via uma limpeza, o banheiro com cabelos grudados pela parede e as toalhas muito sujas. O quarto condiz ao nome do hotel, muito compacto mesmo. O café da manhã deixa a desejar. Estacionamento ao ar livre fora do hotel ou só para carros muito baixo coberto e péssimo para estacionar e sair, super estreito.

O nome do hotel faz jus às suas instalações. Pequeno, banheiro minúsculo, se a pessoa tiver mais de 1,80m terá problemas. Pia fora do banheiro. TV analógica (pasmem!). Enfim, pelo valor da diária se consegue coisa infinitamente melhor em Campinas.

Bom hotel com localização boa.

Como estava trabalhando em Sousas, resolvi ficar nesse hotel pela localização e foi uma boa escolha. Estava sempre no contra fluxo, logo, não pegava trânsito. O hotel é bom. Tinha visto que pessoas reclamavam do café da manhã mas eu mesmo não tenho reclamações a respeito. O único ponto a se considerar é que as instalações são um pouco incomuns. Um dos quartos que fiquei tinha uma certa confusão com a porta do box e a o resto do banheiro, mas no geral o quarto era bastante confortável. A internet era muito boa e estável. E funcionava do deck externo, onde podia usar a internet enquanto tomava alguma coisa lá fora. Recomendado. A única coisa que poderiam melhorar é o acesso à garagem quando chega-se no hotel. Uma campainha do lado de fora, por exemplo.

Hotel bom para passar uma noite apenas. Proximo à rodovia e bom para quem precisa de uma parada se estiver em viagem. Quarto sem janelas, muito pequeno. Banheiro minúsculo. Café da manhã simples, porém gostoso.

Privacidade zero!

Já esperava um hotel do tipo "dormitório", mas realmente as acomodações são muito apertadas e a área reservada à higiene e necessidades pessoais não oferece um mínimo de privacidade, mesmo para casais que já possuem longo tempo de convivência, é constrangedor. por isso acho a relação custo-benefício ruim. É caro para o que oferece em termos de conforto.

Quarto extremamente pequeno. não há banheiro. Há 2 pequenas áreas fechadas com portas: 1 para o chuveiro e outra para o sanitário, sem a menor privacidade. O lavatório fica no quarto... cama pequena de casal encostada na parede... enfim, tudo muito apertado e sofrível. Isto tudo na Suíte Superior...
