Os funcionários sao muito bons, eficientes e muito cordiais. A estrutura é ok, não tem toalhas boas, não trabalham com toalhas de rosto do qual achei estranho. Tinha bastante pó proximo das janelas, embaixo das camas e no banheiro. A televisão so tinha 3 canais e mal conseguia acessar. Mas pra passar poucos dias indico por custo X benefício.

O atendimento foi gentil. Porém, a limpeza não era adequada. E a limpeza foi relapsa, não repuseram os itens e ainda por cima deixaram a porta do meu quarto aberta, dando chance para estranhos entrarem. Por sorte, nada foi roubado. Mas o acontecimento foi um absurdo.

O hotel é bem antigo então os quartos estão bem acabados e antigos também! Fiquei apenas uma noite, pois fui até a cidade para o aniversário da minha avó, então a estadia foi tranquila, pois quase não fiquei no hotel. Mas pelo preço que estão cobrando, uma reforma em alguns quartos serviria bastante.

Infelizmente, minha estadia não foi satisfatória. Logo no primeiro dia, identifiquei que a televisão do quarto não estava funcionando. Solicitei apoio em duas ocasiões, sem retorno. Apenas no dia seguinte, após a terceira solicitação, uma técnica realizou a verificação e informou a necessidade de reparo, sugerindo a troca de quarto. A troca, no entanto, demorou consideravelmente. Após um dia inteiro de evento de trabalho, precisei aguardar por horas até a liberação de um novo quarto, o que comprometeu meu descanso. O terceiro chamado foi registrado às 19h26, e só consegui me acomodar novamente, tomar banho e jantar após as 22h. Após a mudança de quarto, a questão da televisão foi resolvida, porém surgiram outros problemas: o ar-condicionado, mesmo desligado, emitia um ruído alto contínuo, e o sofá-cama apresentava instabilidade, chegando a se desmontar ao me aproximar. Diante dessas ocorrências, a experiência foi desconfortável e aquém do esperado.
