I’ve stayed at this hotel many times before, I like that this is the only hotel in this city with a pool, nice restaurant, kid friendly yard areas. The hotel is well located, quiet and safe. But the rooms need urgent improvement. Room had an old rusted mini bar and furniture were bit up. The room was extremely filthy upon arrival and it did not get better any time after. Cleaners did a horrible job and often left us without toilet paper, soap and clean towels. Beds did not have proper sheet sets and towels were after stained and dirty. The floors and shower walls were an absolutely disgusting the whole time. Tv had no internet connection and trash cans were broken and rusted.
A gift left from previous guest!

Outdated

The hotel is outdated and needs more attention on cleaning! Many times the cleaners didn't even take out the trash in the bathroom. Very uncomfortable bed, hard mattress and pillows. Old and worn bath towels. I think it's time for a major overhaul!

O hotel tem comodidades boas, porém a limpeza deixa muito a desejar. Banheiros sujos, cheio de mofo que só de passar o dedo saia, secador cheio de pó, chão sujo. Após a saída do hóspede com certeza só se seca o banheiro, não é feito limpeza nenhuma.

Este hotel é antigo, o quarto onde nos hospedamos, a pia do banheiro estava rachada, craquelada na cuba, o chuveiro enferrujado, banheira, parede e pisos com muitas manchas. Toalhas encardidas. Fomos alocados em um quarto de frente com a piscina onde estava ocorrendo uma festa que perdurou até 1:00h, liguei duas vezes na recepção, dizendo que tinha criança pequena e nada foi feito. A area externa (verde) é muito bonita, mas assim como as demais areas muito antiga, o sanitario da area da piscina/sauna estava um horror.
