Very comfortable very well maintained facility. Only problem for us was the large crowds at the buffets.

The payment process was so nice, with electronic bracelet. The food was delicious, since breakfast, lunch and dinner. Improvement can be the swimming pool temperature, can be little warmer.

Ótimo hotel, mas esperava mais

Hotel é excelente e com diversas atrações. Os quartos são confortáveis, a limpeza e jardinagem são impecáveis. Mas existe uma grande diferença entre o hotel durante a semana e hotel do final de semana. Durante a semana é tranquilo e o atendimento é excepcional. Mas não tem atrações ou shows. Aos finais de semana, a ocupação aumenta e o nível de serviço caí um pouco. Em compensação, surgem os shows e atrações. Principal ponto negativo: A atração da turma da Monica é uma das maiores decepções - poucos minutos por dia, apenas aos sábados e domingos, com filas e um certo distanciamento das crianças. Pontos mais positivos: a comida é excelente em todas as refeições. A piscina coberta também e muito boa para crianças pequenas.

Estrutura muito confortável, com boa limpeza e conservação. Porém, a programação dos dias de semana deveriam ser diversificados como nos finais de semana. Recreação dos Tios Choco e Coxinha que são super animados e carismáticos fizeram toda a diferença para as crianças.

Feriado incrível!

Foi um feriado maravilhoso! O atendimento de todo o staff foi especial, muito atencioso e solicito. As crianças ficavam exaustas com a grande diversidade de atividades. A comida muito boa. Praticidade no check-in, no check out, na entrega do carro. O trenzinho, estava circulando com intervalos menores, agora junto com uma van, o que diminuiu e muito o tempo de espera. O quarto muito confortável e espaçoso! Certamente voltaremos em breve!

Um bom resort

A estadia foi boa, a comida em todas as refeições foram boas e com muitas opções, fui em um período de alta temporada, então o hotel estava lotado e tinham muitas atrações para crianças, não muito para adultos a não ser a piscina, que pela lotação não tinha cadeiras suficiente, e uma das piscinas estava fechada. Poderiam melhorar um pouco os elevadores, que mesmo lotados paravam em todos os andares (apenas um lado do hotel tinham elevadores inteligentes), ou até mesmo limpar a escada de incêndio, que seria uma opção para quem está nos andares mais baixos e não quer esperar tanto os elevadores, mas as escadas estavam sujas. No geral o hotel é espaçoso e boas acomodações.
