The payment process was so nice, with electronic bracelet. The food was delicious, since breakfast, lunch and dinner. Improvement can be the swimming pool temperature, can be little warmer.

Obrigado a equipe do Hotel , recepcionistas muito atenciosos e educados. Hotel deixa a desejar com all in, pois tudo que é fora dos horários de café, almoço, jantar. Precisam ser pagos a parte o que acaba encarecendo a viagem de familiares e se somar ao valores já pagos, temos outras opções. Eu mesmo fui pego de surpresa quando fiquei sabendo no momento de checkin que não somente bebida era a parte, mas também águas, café, sucos, refrigerantes, brinquedos para os pequenos entre outros. Isso nos deixou um pouco desapontados. No mais o Hotel é muito bacana, e com pessoas muito divertidas e simpáticas.

O quarto precisava de reparos. Ganchos de pendurar a roupa no banheiro estavam caindo. WiFi muito muito ruim, instável. Comida excelente, arrumação e limpeza impecável. Poucos garçons no restaurante Tom (principal) , a bebida chega depois que você já comeu. Áreas de lazer ótimas mas precisa de mais informação. Como funciona para jogar o boliche ? Fiz o check out e estou até agora sem saber. Piscina aquecida para as crianças, é excelente, mas não aparece na descrição das opções de lazer.

Lugar que frequentamos desde 2015! Sempre muito maravilhoso estar no Bourbon Atibaia. Melhor culinária e um resort completo para todas as idades. Ambiente família muito agradável. Minhas considerações para a Adriana do guest service, ela nos recebe com tanto carinho e atenção. Serviço excelente também do atendimento do Léo que fica no bar e do gerente mais conhecido como Pezão.

Tivemos uma experiência excelente no Bourbon Atibaia. Escolhemos o resort para comemorar o aniversário de 7 anos do nosso filho e foi uma decisão que superou nossas expectativas. Antes mesmo da chegada, a equipe foi muito atenciosa. Informamos sobre o aniversário e fomos recebidos no apartamento com balões e um waffle da Turma da Mônica, o que deixou nosso filho encantado. O bolo de aniversário também foi preparado com muito carinho e tornou a comemoração ainda mais especial. A estrutura do resort é muito boa, com piscinas, recreação para as crianças, quartos confortáveis e áreas muito bem cuidadas. A alimentação também foi excelente, com bastante variedade e qualidade em todas as refeições. Outro diferencial foi a possibilidade de aproveitar as áreas de lazer e o almoço mesmo após o check-out, o que nos permitiu aproveitar o último dia sem pressa. Gostaria de agradecer especialmente à equipe de Guest Relations e de Reservas pelo atendimento acolhedor e pela atenção aos detalhes. Sem dúvida, foi uma experiência inesquecível para nossa família e esperamos voltar em breve.
