Excelente resort.

O ponto alto da hospedagem é a parte da alimentação, muito farta e com muitas opções, na nossa hospedagem estava rolando um evento no ultimo dia o que demorou um pouco o checkout. o banheiro é um pouco antigo também A areas comuns são maravilhosos com muitas opções de lazer.

Achei o hotel muito bom, só precisa melhorar o chuveiro e a cerveja da piscina...achei quente. Precisa também colocar música na área da piscina, pois após as brincadeiras fica sem música o dia todo, achei bem chato.

Hotel antigo que foi revitalizado. Quarto muito espaçoso mas o banheiro é minusculo. Cama enorme e confortável. Sofá cama sofrivel. So dá para usar a cama de cima. Merecia mais atenção nesse ponto. Areas externas e internas bem cuidadas. Boa refeição. A iluminação do restaurante é estranha: luz demais na area central e escuro nas laterais. Elevador antigo, nao modernizado. Um deles ficou quebrado por quase toda nossa estadia, gerando muita espera. Alguns itens de manutenção precisam ser melhor gerenciados: ralo embutido do minusculo box nao da conta da vazao ou estava entupido, toneira de agua quente da pia saia apenas um pingo de agua. No geral tem uma boa estrutura e atendimento.

Bom, mas precisa melhorar em muitos pontos

O hotel é bom mas precisa melhorar muito a alimentação, o fim de semana até que foi melhor, mas durante a semana as opções são bem ruins, apenas as sobremesas que são excelentes. Restaurante muito quente, eles falam que irão arrumar o ar condicionado mas não funciona, eu tive um problema com o quarto que a porta de acesso do quarto ao lado estava destrancada, eu pedi a chave eles falaram que foi perdida, pedi a troca de quarto eles não fizeram, mas disseram que o quarto ao lado ficaria bloqueado até nossa saída, colocaram outra família lá, quando estávamos nos trocando abriram a porta, por sorte eu estava perto e consegui fechar antes de entrarem no nosso quarto. Isso foi inadmissível, reclamei mas nada fizeram, apenas falaram que seria colocado em ata. Não aceitem o quarto se não tiver chave, pois eles falam que vão bloquear e isso não acontece. A estrutura do hotel é boa, os funcionários do restaurante são muito atenciosos, a limpeza do hotel muito boa e os quartos são confortáveis e roupa de cama e banho muito limpo.

Ótimo hotel

Comida boa, quartos muito confortável. Banheiros um pouco apertados. Para crianças incrível!!! É o maior playground indoor que eu já vi. Alem disso, salão de jogos com mesas de bilhar e duas pistas de boliche, essas pagas à parte porém preço bem acessivel. Piscinas externa a temperatura ambiente e interna aquecida, enormes!! Recomendo pelo menos uma vez na vida!!

Bom, mas pode melhorar

O hotel foi recém inaugurado e esta muito bonito. O atendimento é bom mas ainda pode melhorar com treinamentos e alinhamento da equipe. A comida e as sobremesas são ótimas, com destaque para a cascata de chocolate. O espaço kids está novinho e incrível, o brinquedão é enorme e muito divertido! Os espaços externos e o paisagismo do hotel são lindos!! Algumas observações para melhoria: - a experiência no hotel começou com a funcionária da portaria não deixando a gnt entrar no hotel. Mesmo ela vendo que estávamos na lista de check-in, insistia em dizer que só podíamos entrar no hotel às 16h. Insistimos e pedimos pra ela falar com o responsável pela liberação e assim conseguimos entrar. - percebi durante as refeições que algumas frutas acabavam rápido como morango e uva e nem sempre eram repostas. - a cascata de chocolate branco das sobremesas só estava disponível no final de semana, durante a semana eles tiravam do buffet. - a piscina externa é muito gelada, poderia ser climatizada para ficar mais confortável. - a senha de 11 digitos para entrar no quarto é incabível! Um cartão ou tag resolveria isso facilmente. - as jacuzzis são muito concorridas e não tem regra para usar...então tinham hóspedes que ficavam looongos períodos nela e outros que não conseguiam aproveitar. - as quadras são abertas à comunidade da cidade e ficam isoladas do hotel, com acesso por uma passarela. Estão precisando de manutenção e segurança nesta área.
