This is my second stay at Atibaia Residence Resort. The first time I stayed in November 2024, and this time it was July 2025. I loved it here so much, that I had to come back. The food is delicious and plenty. Water, drinks, and cocktails are plenty. The Lazer entertaining staff is always there to do activities and entertain the guests. They're very children oriented with a lot of children activities. They are also dog friendly. I saw people with small dogs. There are poop bags available on the premises. The place is very clean and well maintained. Deserts are delicious. You can't ever get hungry, because the food is always available and the variety is great. They have a big gym, that I was visiting before breakfast. There are several warm pools options: outdoor pools, children pools, pool with and a heated inside pool and sauna.

Estadia excelente!! O All Inclusive valeu a pena demais. Bebidas alcoólicas e não alcoólicas a vontade e variadas na beira de todas as piscinas e todas as refeições feitas com um capricho surpreende com um bom cardápio. O quarto que eu peguei estava bem limpo e todos os funcionários foram atenciosos, especialmente a galera do bar, esses tiveram muita paciência pois eu estava lá toda hora. Enfim, não vejo a hora de voltar e já estou recomendando pra todos.

O resort é muito lindo, a equipe muito atenciosa e divertida, Pitoco é maravilhoso, energia em pessoa! Mas fora ele tem muita gente legal também. As refeições são bem variadas e bem servidas, de qualidade. Teve brincadeiras e música ao vivo. A temperatura da piscina estava muito boa. O quarto é lindo, tinha uma varanda que infelizmente só notamos a chave no último dia. Pretendo voltar, foi muito bom! Ponto a melhorar: seria a internet, praticamente não usei, mas as poucas vezes que precisei estava muito ruim o sinal. Atenção: se tiver mobilidade reduzida se informe para pegar um quarto mais próximo da recepção, tem muita subida e descida ali.

O hotel é grande e tem várias opções de lazer - e o sistema All Inclusive é conveniente. Mas não é um lugar para aqueles que querem descansar - e que não tenham crianças. As atividades na área da piscina principal são muito barulhentas, e na outra piscina, onde achamos que teríamos tranquilidade, os monitores trouxeram todas as crianças pequenas para se divertirem.

A estadia foi muito boa. O hotel é bem legal. A acessibilidade para a área comum(restaurantes,piscina principal, recepção) eu achei muito ruim para pessoas idosas. Eu fui acompanhada por minha mãe de 85 anos e ela sofreu para enfrentar a subida para ter acesso aos locais supramencionados. A nossa sorte é que logo que chegamos fomos dar uma volta pelas dependências do local e fomos informadas por uma das guardas vidas da possibilidade de chamarmos o carrinho para que minha mãe pudesse acessar diariamente esses espaços. A recepção em momento nenhum nos informou dessa possibilidade.

De maneira geral foi muito boa, alguns pontos a melhorar, recepção a menina foi bem antipática, a reposição de itens de alimentação no café da manhã, bem como a limpeza das mesas demorava muito, (aguardei meia hora reposição do pão francês) variedade de cardápio e os lanches a toda hora, agradaram bastante. Impossível sentar-se a beira da piscina, alguns espertões, levavam toalhas e reservavam lugares que ficavam por horas sem utilização, (sim fiquei observando e sei que não é culpa do hotel)

O hotel tem um custo x benefício ótimo, devido a ser tudo incluso, inclusive as bebidas alcoólicas que tem um qualidade boa, porém, peca em alguns detalhes básicos. Os itens de lazer estão sucateados, a quadra de tênis tem furos na quadra e a rede com buracos. Mesa de ping pong velha demais, rede de vôlei horrível, enfim, são detalhes básicos demais e que o hotel poderia melhorar facilmente.

O sistema all inclusive consistia em café da manhã, lanchinho, almoço, lanchinho e janta. Sábado (janta) e domingo (café / almoço) foi muito bom. Os lanchinhos foram fracos. Domingo à noite e segunda foram decepcionantes. Os bares não abriam na totalidade, os lanchinhos eram restritos a um espaço. Não havia entretenimento para adultos na segunda. A academia está com aparelhos quebrados e ultrapassamos. A hidromassagem estava quebrada. A ideia é boa, mas precisa de manutenção e investimento, senão tudo vai ficando capenga.

Tudo muito bom, aproveitamos muito! All inclusive compensa, possui várias opções de comidas maravilhosas. O quarto é limpo, possui ar condicionado, chuveiro bom, shampoo, condicionador e sabonete líquido. Sugestões de melhorias: as piscinas poderiam ter horários mais flexíveis para abrir e fechar, pois abrem tarde e fecham cedo. A televisão do quarto poderia ter mais canais.
