Excelente estadia

O Hotel é muito bom e bem localizado. A simpatia e cordialidade da equipe foi incrível. Ficamos hospedados no 14o andar. O Wi-fi oscilava um pouco. O quarto foi bem confortável e espaçoso. O café da manhã é muito bom, mas poderia ter mais algumas opções.

Ficamos somente 1 noite. É um flat, localizado no centro, ponto estratégico p deslocamentos p qualquer região de Campinas. Muito limpo, funcionários educados, bom serviço de estacionamento. Estava muito frio, por isso sentimos falta de um ar condicionado c função de aquecimento.

Falta de vedação de som

Gostei muito, o local era muito limpo e confortável, decoração muito linda. O único ponto não muito bom é que a janela tinha vidro de apenas um lado, então entrava muito som no quarto, mas era tão gostoso que não tive problemas para dormir. A Varanda era muito boa, com vista para praça, muito lindo.

Pior estadia da minha vida

Me hospedei no ap.94. Acomodações e hotel em geral péssimos! Cheiro de mofo ou esgoto nos corredores e no apartamento. O banheiro, sem higiene alguma. Aparentemente se trata de um prédio residencial antigo que “transformaram” em hotel mas sem reformar apropriadamente as acomodações. O banheiro conta ainda com azulejos, piso etc como se um prédio de 30, 40 anos atrás. Mofo no teto, chuveiro com pouquíssima água, o ralo próximo ao sanitário “tampado” com uma fita (provavelmente para tentar evitar o odor de esgoto do encanamento). Mas, o pior de tudo, larvas no chão do box. Totalmente insalubre. A única coisa que posso dizer ter sido satisfatória foi o café da manhã. Pior estadia da minha vida, sem dúvidas! Só arrisquei este hotel pois iria apenas pernoitar devido a retorno de viagem internacional e a nota e as avaliações do site eram favoráveis.

Ficamos de sábado a segunda no hotel. Local ótimo, hotel bom. Café ótimo, ficamos no 16 andar, adoramos a sacada. Os funcionários tanto do dia que chegamos quanto da saída foram excelentes. O único ponto que minha esposa não gostou e que fui eu quem não deixou ela voltar para querer explicações foi que quando nos entregaram o carro ele estava todo REVIRADO!!! Havíamos feito compras no shopping e todas as bolsas estavam mexidas, as coisas fora do lugar e o que estava dentro do porta luvas do carro estava no banco de trás. NÃO GOSTAMOS DISSO. por mais que o hotel não se responsabilize pagamos pelo estacionamento e é completamente falta de ética. Caso forem não deixem pertences ou não deixem nesse estacionamento a não ser que tomem atitudes. Gostaríamos de voltar sim, para o hotel mas essa questão do estacionamento não é aceitável. Fora esse fato tudo ok.
