The staff and personnel were great. Friendly, helpful, and kind. The hotel has some age to it and the surroundings is not a newer part of the city. I had no issues but I didn’t walk anywhere either.

Ok for one night but could be better

The bedrooms are outdated and lack cleaning . Actually pulled off the nightstand and there was garbage and hair from previous guests. It is also difficult to plug in appliances or phones because outlets are outdated. The bedroom smells dust mold and pillows are very old as well.

Na chegada tivemos um problema, pois só podia deixar o carro, se o manobrista fosse dirigindo, como ja tivemos problemas anteriorea perguntamos se meu marido podia subir com carro junto com manobrista. Atendente da noite que chegamos , falou q se nao deixasse o manobrista levar o carro, nao podiamos nos hospedar! Nos outros dias recepcionistas sempre solicotos !
