A estadia foi muito boa, pessoal super atenciosos. A grande dificuldade mesmo é a educação dos hospedes. Como as portas dos quartos são pesadas, os hóspedes viviam batendo, nao importava horário..1..2..5 da manhã. Mas de novo, nada de contra o hotel!

Hotel é legal porém o serviço prestado não é.

as informações sobre o estabelecimento, e o tempo de resposta com o hóspede. o quarto studio tinha uma varanda porém não tinha cadeira nem mesa, é um quarto maior e uma cama maior, porém não havia indicação que o andar onde ficam, para chegar é necessário utilizar escadas, pois o elevador não chega até o andar, não sou cadeirante, mas sou PCD, e subir escadas é extremamente difícil. Outra coisa, na descrição informa que o estabelecimento possui ferro de passar, e se eu não perguntasse antes, se confiasse no anúncio, estaria perdida, pois eles não tem ferro de passar,o ferro que eles possuem é industrial, com uma voltagem diferente das tomadas dos quartos, então não tem possibilidade de emprestar, e aos finais de semana só funcionam até as 14h30, e precisamos do ferro, pois reservamos para ir a um casamento, e mala Geralmente amassa as roupas. Quando questionei que essas coisas não constavam no anúncio e deveriam, ninguém nem respondeu nada. Não inforamaram nada sobre estacionamento, pois tem ao lado um aberto, e na frente do restaurante que tem no hotel, e um outro no subsolo, mas que fica fechado, só falaram que podíamos usar qualquer um mas não tiveram muitas explicações. Não forneceram informações sobre horário de café da manhã, senha da Internet, e não havia nada de informações no quarto, somente um cardápio do restaurante. No quarto havia uma cafeteira nespresso, mas não haviam cápsulas disponíveis. E a piscina estava sem água, sem poder utilizar.
