I had a wonderful stay at this place . The hotel may be small, but it was very clean, cozy, and well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. I truly appreciated the great service and comfortable atmosphere. Minha experiência neste hotel foi bastante negativa. Infelizmente, dou nota 1 porque é a avaliação mínima possível. Logo na chegada, já havia um forte cheiro de esgoto na área, o que causou uma primeira impressão desagradável, embora eu acredite que possa ter sido um caso isolado. É uma pena, porque o hotel possui uma localização extremamente estratégica para quem vem de longe, e o fato de estar dentro do aeroporto deveria ser um grande diferencial positivo. No café da manhã, observei problemas sérios de higiene, pois havia bichinhos diretamente sobre os frios, como presunto e queijo, o que é bastante preocupante. O sistema de ar-condicionado é central, por fazer parte da estrutura do aeroporto, e não permite regulagem individual no quarto. Ainda assim, talvez uma adaptação que possibilite aumentar ou diminuir o fluxo de saída do ar ajudaria muito no conforto dos hóspedes, já que passei frio durante a noite e tive o descanso prejudicado. Além disso, o hotel não disponibilizava Wi-Fi, algo básico atualmente. O colchão era extremamente duro e desconfortável, tornando a noite ainda mais difícil. Outro ponto crítico foi o banheiro: chuveiro e privada ficam juntos em um espaço muito pequeno (aproximadamente 1,20 m x 1,00 m), o que compromete totalmente o conforto e a usabilidade. No geral, a estrutura e os serviços ficaram muito abaixo do esperado, e infelizmente não recomendo a hospedagem.
