Hotel sujo e insatisfatório

A estadia foi relativamente boa. O quarto tinha uma cama confortável, ar condicionado e wi-fi grátis. Minha reclamação é quanto ao banheiro que estava com vazamento e transbordou água para dentro do quarto. Pedimos que viesse uma camareira trocar os panos encharcados do banheiro e não fomos atendidos. O serviço de quarto é péssimo. Não tinha chuveiro elétrico. O café da manhã é bom.

Ótima localização.

Hotel bem simples, condizente com sua categoria (2 estrelas). Fiquei no sexto andar e o quarto e banheiro estavam bem limpos, o que me surpreendeu bastante pelas avaliações lidas de hóspedes anteriores. O único item que acho, deve melhorar é o armário, pois não existe espaço para guardar a roupa. O café da manhã constava de sucos, iogurte, frutas, ovos mexidos, leite, café, bolos, cuscuz, tapioca e frios. Minha única reclamação quanto a isso foi o pão de sal (francês) que me pareceu borrachudo ou até mesmo duro, passado. O frigobar estava em perfeitas condições, mas como o sistema do hotel é do estilo europeu, ou seja, vazio, tivemos que solicitar à recepção quaisquer bebidas ou outro item qualquer, no que fomos prontamente atendidos. A garagem do hotel não dispõe de muitas vagas, então fomos levados a guardar o carro em outro estacionamento fora do hotel, o que seria muito ruim caso estivesse chovendo no momento da chegada e da saída, pois tivemos que levar as malas pela rua. Além disso, observei que vários veículos ficaram com a passagem obstruída por outros veículos, impedidos de saírem durante a estadia, caso desejassem. Quanto ao elevador, painel indicativo dos andares apagava assim que parava em um andar. Se não mantivéssemos o andar desejado pressionado e outra pessoa chamasse o elevador, ficávamos subindo ou descendo dependendo de quem o chamasse.

Hotel muito bom, porém meio que largado, sem gestão. Cada um faz o que quKim Limpeza deixa muito a desejar. Precisa de manutenção em muitos aspectos. Somente o café da manhã e a localização são as únicas coisas boas do hotel.

Hotel totalmente sem gestão. Pois, nem se quer a reserva estava lançada no si tema, ainda bem que eu estava com a confirmação impressa e além de tudo eles queriam cobrar pelas diárias, sendo que eu já tinha pago para a hotéis.com no meu cartão.

Custo benefício talvez seja válido

Hotel super simples, eles não atendem um simples pedido de cama de casal, quartos necessitam de reparos, ar condicionado vazando, box do banheiro não fecha, trinco quebrado, limpeza super precária, não possuem kit de banho (apenas um sabonete por hóspede e por hospedagem). Só presta a localização e o café da manhã.
