I am being thrown out of this hotel because I asked not to be forced to watch continuous evangelical gospel on the television in the breakfast area. The situation escalated to the general manager, Mr Valdir. I’m openly gay and that just made things more complicated. The general manager decided to throw me out of the hotel today. I arrived here yesterday. How awful.

O hotel de fato é excelente, porém está passando por obras, então o barulho de ferramentas e homens trabalhando era muito alto, fora isso tudo foi perfeito.

A Nova administração tem cada vez mais uma taxa nova! Sem cortesia: pagar por toalhas, e estacionamento!!! O fim da picada! Mas, as coisas quebradas e sem funcionar eles nao corrigem. Hoje a piscina podre de suja em planos sábado e omingo!

Ótimo serviço mas o conforto dos quartos é básico.

Hotel com equipe muito atendida atenciosa, tanto no check in, pedi travesseiros extras em 5min a governança já estava lá. O hotel e quartos em condições muito boas, porém o conforto do quarto é básico, estava muito limpo, mas há detalhes que melhoram muito o conforto. Como arandelas, só tem luz de teto, a roupa de e banho um pouco gastas. O café da manhã é bom. O atendimento da equipe realmente é o forte do hotel.

As instalações são muito boas, porém colocar dois colchões de solteiro e dizer que cama de casal, ficou bem incômodo para dormi, pois um dos colchões não tinha a mesma densidade do outro.

Cheguei às 16 hs como tinha 2 reservas uma em meu nome e outra em nome da minha amiga Melissa Carvalho , o hotel só liberou o quarto dela por volta das 17 hs isso porque reclamei muito , mas já tinhas várias chaves com quartos desocupados para outros hóspedes, enfim como o check in são as 14 hs e as 16 hs não tem quartos livres ?? Todas essas chaves liberadas para outros hóspedes e ficamos aguardando 1 hora para entrar no meu

Hotel externo maravilhoso, recepção e ambientes lindos, bem decorados,cafe da manhã espetacular, mais os aptos estão sem manutenção, wc com lixeira enferrujada,material higiene(sabinete/shampoo)perssima qualidade,sem sabonete liquido,sem saboneteira,enxoval velhos,encardidos,sem secador, infiltração, ar cond podre de poeira, ou seja até o basico não tem. Muita pobreza. E o hotel tão lindo, func prestativos. MAIS O QUE UM HOSPEDE PRECISA EM UMA VIAGEM É Conforto e material de primeira para uso e descanso. As toalhas só prestam para pano de chão.

Check-in took too long as they were confused about 2 rooms being under 1 booking, they gave our guests a room that was already occupied and then had to change it after the bellhop alerted them to the issue, thankfully it was before they walked into an occupied room. The room was not thoroughly cleaned, the balcony was left unlocked and we didn’t realize until the next morning. The pipes made terrible loud and vibrating noises, I had to leave the bathroom sink running all night in order to sleep. The curtains were stained, cobwebs in both the room and the bathroom. Dinner was also disappointing. Service was slow despite the dinning room being empty. They kept saying our room was showing as unoccupied, the menu was inaccurate and didn’t list allergens so we ordered a dish that contained dairy and one of our party couldn’t eat it. I told the waiter and nothing was done not even offered to comp. Not all the dishes came out at the same time, the picanha was hard a rock. One of the appetizers didn’t arrive until we had finished the meal. This hotel has so much potential but the staff has 0 hospitality training and the rooms need a lot of TLC and upgrades to be even remotely considered at the same level as the other hotels near by. It’s no wonder they still had availability during the busiest tourist season.
