The two young ladies at the front desk were phenomenal during our stay!! We had our car broken into and they were so kind, helped us order delivery and let us charge our phones. The property was very clean. The bar option was a life saver. A beer and spritz after what we experienced was perfect. My only negative was that the air conditioning barely worked and our room was very hot.

The stay at the hotel was very good,all the staff was willing to help us.The first night our room had no heat and it was cold,so we complained the next morning and they checked and because we had right,they apologized and immediately changed our room.The breakfast was nice and they had incredible coffee!The room was clean and tidy and also we had all the day hot water.

The location of the hotel is very good for us , but the door key didn’t work , we needed to go down to reception every day to get it re activated , which was annoying because we had already gone upstairs. The internet was not working until we got a code from reception although we registered our name and room number several times and that only worked for one day . Otherwise everything else was fine . The room was clean , the breakfast was nice .

Two-night stay with my wife. The hotel was really good overall. There is a large arcade with dozens of shops right behind the hotel, a 3-minute walk. Breakfast was really delicious and varied. The bed and mattress were comfy, though the pillows were paper-thin. Unfortunately, we witnessed a robbery, which seems to happen daily in this country as you may already know. It happened within seconds; the window was smashed and whatever was inside the car was taken and the thieves drove off through the main road. It happened in the free parking area on the hotel grounds 10 meters away, right in front of the hotel entrance. Moral of the story: pay the 7€ per night for the hotel's private parking and avoid getting your trip ruined. And my message to the hotel: installing a camera that films the street/free parking area would save a lot of headache and provide more security overall.

AVOID! I regret to say that my recent stay at this hotel was anything but pleasant. Upon entering our room, we were greeted with an overwhelmingly pungent poop smell. To add to the discomfort, the bathrooms were in an appalling state; there was fecal matter on the toilet seat and the shower was riddled with black mold. Despite our initial shock, we decided to ask for a room change, only to be met with an extremely rude afternoon staff member who dismissively used the "Non me ne frega niente" hand gesture when addressing our concerns. Thankfully, the morning staff were more considerate and tried their best to assist us. However, our issues didn’t end there. The rooms were notably dim, the AC barely functioned, and to top it all off, our room keys deactivated daily, causing further inconvenience. While the hotel's location might seem ideal for those looking to visit Florence, don't be fooled. Arranging transportation was a challenge, and the posted bus times are highly unreliable. All in all, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. While there were a few kind staff members, the overall experience was overshadowed by the numerous problems we encountered.

I felt very safe there. Loved that I needed a code to get into the building. Then I needed another code to go down the hallway to get to my room. The staff ordered 2 taxis for me. Their attentiveness was superior! Whenever I messaged them, they always answered quickly. The location was great. Very close to the metro and it was a relatively short walk to the attractions. Never stayed in a guesthouse before, but it was perfect. We stayed 7 days.

typical ibis setup with normal standards. breakfast was somewhat varied but very sweet (typical Italian) yet not really tasty options. it's possible store my bicycle in the inner garage but there was no sort of shed to cover it from rain. no groceries close by, and for food options the closest is going to a shopping mall 5' walking (expect shopping mall food)
