“Margaret, the home-owner and host, was very welcoming and congenial. Her house had a warm and cozy atmosphere. Our room was upstairs, comfortable, and had a view of the ocean. The shared bathroom down the hall had double sinks. An extensive continental breakfast was setup in the kitchen and included monster croissants and home-made muffins. Upon leaving, she urged us to take a few muffins for the road ... which we did ... delicious. Parking on the street ... very safe neighbourhood. The...

“Nice setting on the water. Rooms were a little tired. Pipes running below ceiling, no place to hang towels in very small bathroom, poor lighting, unable to control heat or ac. Lots of “character”, but could use a renovation. The restaurant was good, but the advertised breakfast menu made us assume we would be able to get breakfast. Unfortunately, it is only available on Saturdays, after 10:00 am.”

“Our room was two levels. We did not use the lower kitchen/seating area which seemed to be fully equipped. The bedroom was large with an inviting seating area with two comfortable chairs and a great view of the ocean. The bathroom was large, but the vanity area was small so no real room to set anything on. The shower is also small but gets the job done. Most of the space is taken up by a soaker tub which we never use. The unit is very clean, and well maintained with a lot of modern features...
