Solo estuvimos una noche, el lugar es tipo colonial, sin pretensiones, pero céntrico, limpio y con un personal muy amable; desde el hotel encontramos a pocos pasos, tiendas, restaurantes y la famosa muralla. Cuenta con estacionamiento. No tiene elevador. Elegimos el desayuno incluido porque teníamos que salir temprano y estaba bien servido.

Es un buen hotel centrico, como ya es viejo le falta mantenimiento en mi baño habia una cucaracha y el clima no se apagaba solo bajando la palanca general. También les falta ofrecer los tours con los que cuentan

I would highly recommend this hotel, is very close to the tourist attractions pretty much walking distance. Staff is amazing and open to help when needed. Staff is very friendly, the only downside for us was that they don’t have an elevator and my mom has a hard time with stairs and we had a stroller but other than that it was amazing

Buena experiencia

Muy buena ubicación, justo en la parte central cerca de museos, plaza, malecón y baluarte. Estacionamiento techado y seguro. Servicio en recepción excelente 10 de 10. Habitación amplia, cómoda, con aire acondicionado, limpia con servicio de refrigerador, horno de microondas y lava trastes. El hotel no es nuevo pero se nota que tiene mantenimiento e interés por conservarlo en las mejores condiciones. Desayuno incluido el cual es muy rico y bien servido. Definitivamente regresaré

Perfect except breakfast

Everything perfect except the breakfast which offered very little choice. Pancakes or eggs. There should be something else like cereal and yogurt. There’s not even whole-grain bread available. The hotel can do better. Todo perfecto, excepto el desayuno, que no ofrecía muchas opciones. Panqueques o huevos. Debería haber algo más, como cereales y yogur. Ni siquiera hay pan integral disponible. El hotel podría hacerlo mejor.

The rooms are dated. Also, there is no elevator and the beds hard. Furthermore, the AC worked but was super loud. On the plus side, the staff was great and breakfast was decent. Also, the location is close to everything. Lastly, if you just need a place to sleep -because you will spend your time engaged in activities - this place is a decent option.
