Located 5 min walk from Centro Historico! Perfect

Very well located, 5 min walk from the “Centro historico”. Waterfront is close by the hotel. Service is nice, rooms are big, hotel is clean and staff friendly is friendly and helpful. We appreciate staying there.just missing a small fridge in the room. Big parking lot for your car which is good no need to worry where to park downtown.

Convenient location

Nice hotel in a convenient location, easy walk to city centre or to the waterfront promenade. The room was adequate and clean. The toilet did not flush, which was annoying. I did try to alert the reception but no one came to fix it. They apologised as we were checking out, and gave us some snacks to compensate. Breakfast buffet was ok, good selection of juice, eggs etc.

The staff was very friendly and the area was nice. Also it had a good size parking lot. However the rooms were a little dirty, wifi wasn’t working at all, and the bathroom/air conditioning were very loud.

Check in was good. Room 214 smelled like mould and sewer. 5 tissues in the Kleenex box. Shampoo had no lather. Had to use the whole container for 1 hair wash. Room is very small. Not much value for the amount we paid. Very disappointed.
