The hotel had been remodeled, but city regulations would not allow an elevator to be installed to the second floor. Navigating suitcases and steps can be challenging for older visitors. Accommodations for handicap are available on the first floor.

The property was extremely clean, the staff was very helpful and kind, they have a great breakfast, and it is very convenient to other restaurants and stores. I would recommend this property to anyone!! I am definitely going back and this is definitely my choice!! Thank you for being so helpful, kind, and polite!!!

The front desk clerk at check-in worked with me sooooo well. I had not realized that there were no stairs within this particular location and there for did not request a first floor room. She took my mobility issues into consideration as well as the needs of my traveling companion (she is disabled) and found us a first-floor room. GREAT customer service. She made sure our needs as the guest were fulfilled. While I did not partake in the breakfast, Gina did. Again, the staff was amazingly accommodating and met her every need.
