“Nice hotel, great location. ”

“Clean and excellent customer service. Dog friendly 👍”

“No microwave in the rooms and limited wifi made for a less than enjoyable stay. Will not stay again.”

“Aunque es extremadamente caro, igual que todos los alojamientos en Vancouver y esta isla, al menos este es impecable. Las habitaciones perfectas, el personal muy amable y eficaz. Y aparcamiento gratuito. Sin duda el mejor que puedes elegir en la zona. Ha sido el mejor de todo mi viaje por Vancouver y alrededores.”

“The property is beautiful. The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean. My room however had a very strong odour of mildew which was retained by all of my belongings after checking out. Quite unappealing. I wouldn’t stay in that same room again, but if they have other rooms that don’t smell of mildew I would consider it.”

“Going from the 7th floor to get breakfast on the 3rd floor is an early morning workout as there is only a two floor elevator. The breakfast was not worth the effort. Being in our late 70's not going back unless they put in an elavator.”

“Nice place close to the ferry but do not expect excellent customer service nor 5 star place.”

“Saturday night stay was tortured by the loud, thumping electronic music from the pub that filled my room until midnight.”

“Buen desayuno. Habitación limpia y personal muy amable.”

“Todo perfecto, instalaciones, camas, almohadas, sábanas, desayunos, limpieza, personal, etc, etc”

“Decent property. Very friendly and helpful staff. It’s a motel not a hotel so entrance to the rooms is from the outside and there is more traffic noise as a result. Room overall was clean but there is some definite wear and tear. Not the largest room but enough space for a short stay. Some updating has been done but the Windows are older and thin. Good value and location with easy access and a fair number of dining options nearby.”
