The location is great for dining, shopping and central to all Silicon Valley. The room was clean and comfortable. $25 for breakfast is a lot to me. Also the shower diverter wasn't working and the tub drain plug stuck.

My family and I were placed on the ground floor where the rooms were right outside the truck delivery area…loud! Staff were friendly all around. For the price that was paid, I would expect to be placed in a better area that was more quiet and maybe upstairs.

Hilton Doubletree Campbell is located next to the Pruneyard Shopping Mall with direct access to the mall. Luna Mexican Restaurant, Trader Joe’s, Massage Envy, Mendocino Farms within walking distance even for those who might need assistance. DT is 3 stories with a snack shop and restaurant. Coffee in lobby as well as in room (coffee pods). Lots of free parking. The rooms are open and spacious with daily room service which, is rare these days. Walk in shower. However don’t expect a view worth looking at from your room. No EV chargers on site. Close to Santa Clara University, 20+ minutes to UC Santa Cruz. Clean, quiet. The restaurant is open am and pm. If you do breakfast order off the menu as the Buffet is 25.00. Bar has premium liquor and wine. This review is based on room 321

Liked morning coffee in lobby. Hot chocolate chip walnut cookies when checking in. Wish they would have updated breakfast menu as when I ordered from Qcard scan was told that item not on menu. However, food was hot and good portions. It would be nice to be able to schedule timing of meal delivery to room, but it was delivered in 25-30 minutes which was perfect as to when we wanted it. The only other disappointment was asked for quiet room. Our room near dumpster so pick up woke us at 4 am. I think I would request a 3 level room as could hear people walking back and forth above us. Water pressure was great and water hot in shower. Love that! The staff in hallway was always pleasant, smiled, and said hello.
