Nice room. Very close to freeway. Starbucks across the street only other places were fast food. The lobby was a bit sparse and didn’t make a good impression. Park was underground so your car will be out of the weather.

We absolutely love this hotel. We've stayed here twice and have had a pleasant experience both times. The hotel is clean and conveniently located next to stores, Starbucks, food spots. Parking is self parking, with security cameras. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. You can tell they appreciate their guests.

The property was extremely clean; the room very clean and comfortable. Parking under the hotel was easy and the location close to freeways was excellent. The staff member at the front desk was very pleasant and gave us our room keys (literally keys) but gave us little to no information about hotel amenities.if there were any. We were visiting some family in Los Gatos and would definitely stay at the Carlyle when visiting again.
