It was clean, friendly and quick check in. We didn't get a chance to check out pool. Spa was shut down. Mexican place next store was fire! Food and portions were amazing.

Staff was wonderful, property was ok, there was a hole in the ceiling that was taped, and decor is very minimal. It was a place to sleep, but the beds were very cheap and very uncomfortable.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Large tv, microwave and mini refrigerator in room. AC unit worked well and was pretty quite. What makes Copper Canyon Inn stand out, for me, is the staff. From check-in to check-out they were extremely professional and NICE .... like talking to a friend ! This was the perfect location to stay when we went to Cliff Castle for a concert.

Everyone was nice, but the hotel i think is still in the process of being redone. When i went to get coffee someone was very loudly gagging in the lobby. The bed was super uncomfortable.

We felt so unsafe here that we actually left and slept in our truck in another city. The neighborhood, clientele, and shady people smoking right by the door (one even shouting at us because we looked at him) were completely unacceptable. You could hear TVs and voices and dogs from multiple rooms at once from inside of our room. The only good thing was the front desk person who was friendly and competent.

Small restroom, one 18 inches metal bar for all hanging clothings. 'Continental' breakfast consisted of small donut, packed chip bread, oat meal. One pillow per person, need to request shampoo, towel, and all other things. You can hear all the noise from other room, hall way, upper floor, running water and all other sounds. Don't recommend to anyone.
