3 gece konakladık. Öncelikle personelin yaklaşımı gerçekten saygılı ve iyi niyetliydi, bu konuda teşekkür ederiz. Ancak bazı eksikler yaşadık. Tesis tanıtımında yöresel kahvaltı yazmasına rağmen açık büfe olmasına rağmen kuymak/mıhlama gibi bölgeye özgü ürünleri göremedik, bu bizi biraz şaşırttı. Oda temizliği için kapıya temizlik kartını asmamıza rağmen odamız temizlenmedi. Sorduğumuzda kartlara bakılmadığı, ayrıca bildirmemiz gerektiği söylendi; fakat broşürde 2. gün oda temizliği yapılacağı yazıyordu. Ayrıca rezervasyon notunda beşik talep etmiştik ancak odaya yerleştirilmemişti. Birde aşağıda yakılan sobanın is kokusu odaya doluyor. Genel olarak personelin ilgisi olumluydu fakat belirtilen hizmetlerin daha düzenli uygulanması gerektiğini düşünüyoruz.
