“The rooms are very clean, the staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. Maryjane and Jeff, is very friendly and always goes above and beyond and are welling to help when you needed help, so as the manager. but my only problem is no restaurant on site. when we use the shower there's no drainage when you shower the water goes to the toilet side and its not draining so you're stuck on a seating water and it flooded its because its no drainage. “They don’t clean room unless per request, I did told them but no one cleaned for 3 nights, I ask for complementary water it takes morethan an hour, front desk very professional but they don’t smile to customers, the guards and the person opening the door was nice and helpful. FYI if you have any stain on the sheets or towels you also have to pay for it. I did my massage there too, I regret it because the room was freezing, I ask for to lower the a/c and give me a blanket but she ignores,...

“Avoid avoid avoid. I stayed here for 1 night with my wife, 2 kids and old man. The next morning the electricity and water was out. Perfect, if you like the "I've been sweating all day and all night" look and smell. To make matters worse the air-conditioning was weak and failed to keep the room cool, it's undersized for the room. Stay elsewhere.”

“We didn’t interact with the staff much during our stay but when we did, they were very polite and courteous. Unfortunately, the room was quite small and the bathroom cramped. We were only provided with two bath towels and no hand towels or face cloths. We also only had one roll of toilet paper (you can request more if you need it).
