“Overall, our stay was fine, but there were a few disappointing issues, especially considering the room cost around $300 per night. The room could have been cleaner upon arrival. There was hair left in the bathroom drain, no tissues stocked in the bathroom, and the mattress had a strange stain near the bedside table. The biggest issue, however, was the lighting.
