“Location is very convenient to the Ohio turnpike. Clean, quiet, roomy, good beds, ok breakfast. Odd kitchenette. It has a small refrigerator ( that worked well!), a mini microwave oven, a 2-burner induction cooktop, and a bottle of dish detergent. However, there were no plates, silverware or cookware. How do you use an induction cooktop without cookware?”

“We booked a particular room and when we arrived they put us in a different room. I explained to the front desk clerk what room I booked and she said that that was not how the booking came across from Expedia and that we had to pay an additional$20 in cash to get the correct room after the clerk ran my card 3 times and told me I had to pay cash for the room because none of my cards would go through. She asked for my driver's license 3 times. Everything just seemed very strange”
