This property is a decent alternative and was perfectly fine for two nights. It’s not intended to be a resort hotel but instead, a reasonably priced alternative that is downtown and within walking distance of most the Richland has to offer. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the AC worked and the staff was stellar. No complsints!

We chose this property because of its location to downtown and amenities and were not disappointed. All rooms face the harbor, so expect to be greeted by the sun and friendly staff every morning, with a choice of balcony for a morning cup of joe or a terrace for your breakfast. Workout room is simple but sufficient. Overall it was quiet from the street and adjoining rooms, so we slept well. Five stars on pillows, hot water, and lack of noise. We would stay here again.
